Book Marsaxlokk hotels

The hotel is at a great location in the st Julian city. Despite being close to the party area, as soon as you enter the hotel you cannot really hear any noises. We had a great stay here for our Easter break, all the staff (front desk, housekeeping, restaurant) are polite and helpful, our sea view room was spacious, the view from the balcony was great. We also enjoyed dinning at the onsite restaurant “Quadro”. There were a few areas we thought could have been better: • The toilet had bad smells a few days perhaps due to some sewage issues. • The hotel website had outdated information (we saw “Cheese and wine on Thursdays” on the website and went to the lobby bar, been told by a member of staff that they no longer serve this anymore, they are aware that the website needs to be updated but it hasn’t been done yet). • The walls/door were a bit too thin. Me and my husband were waken up pretty much every morning by the sound from the young children’s play next door. Other than these our stay was generally pretty good hence giving 5 stars overall.

This hotel is fabulous, lovely clean rooms. We stayed in one of the executive rooms so we had access to the executive lounge. Daily food snacks and some hot food was very welcome, as was tea, coffee, soft drinks, beers and wines. The staff (Lani & Mohoon) in the executive lounge were very friendly and professional. Also the cleaning staff, who worked well into the evening to do a 'turn down service' and left small chocolates on our pillows. We had the buffet breakfast in main restaurant daily. We had our anniversary while there and the staff came to our table and sang to us and presented us with a plate of mini cakes. The staff (Ruth, Cindy and Tessa) plus all the other staff went out of their way to make our stay really good. Unfortunately, there is lots of building work going on around the hotel, we counted 15 cranes just outside the hotel grounds so you could hear the building work going on. Thankfully we couldn't see it from our hotel room but it was disappointing when you left the hotel grounds. Overall, I think the Corinthia St Georges Bay Hotel is the best hotel in this part of Malta.

The hotel is modern, spotlessly clean, and my room is very comfortable. What impressed me the most was the outstanding service provided by all the staff — everyone from the front desk to housekeeping and the doormen were so friendly and helpful. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

The hotel itself was amazing. Should definitely be rated 5* instead of 4*. The chicken is halal at the resturant even though was told meat and poultry wasnt when i emailed the hotel before booking. This should be communicated more with staff. The food itself was great and accomodating as they has pizza chips and different types of pastas everyday. They have a section for kids too. Location is a luttle away from centre of malta but i knew this before booking. Pool and surrounding areas are cleaned and immaculate. Its great that they have a heated pool inside as weather was a little chilly for the pool outside. Views from rooftop bar is amazing. Overall a lovely stay and would recommend if you want to be away from the hustle and buslte.

I would say some times the breakfast and dinner buffet food is a hit and miss.
