Check in and out was good parking was ample. Friendly staff and 3 eating options. Had 2 dogs wit us and the floors were tile so that is a grwat thing to have. Would recommed to other pet owners.

This is a great property as it’s right next to the Edmonton international airport. I always stay here when catching a flight early the following day.

Pillows are so big it’s very uncomfortable, fan for ac/hear sounded like it was going to explode. Charges twice as much for damage deposit as they do you stay. No manager on duty to deal with anything

This hotel is such good value!! Julie at the front desk is so nice, we felt like we were being welcomed home! Clean large rooms, comfortable bed good food, arriving after driving for 4 hours through a snow storm…. Just so grateful!

We have stayed at this hotel many times when we travel. We tried a couple of other hotels in the area but always come back to this one. It's clean, quiet and in a good location near the airport. We do not, however care for the restaurant on site, Steels, we find the service poor.

I travel with dogs, so I always appreciate the dog amenities including the dog run. However it was hard to get into this time around because nobody shoveled around the gate. My friend did ask for that to be remedied.But ultimately another dog owner had to do it
