Fantastic Stafff

We booked for 2 nights and during our first night the A/C unit started making a loud noise. That next morning I politely notified the front desk and they apologized for the inconvenience and upgraded us to a beautiful suite for our second night. What a fantastic location to the airport and the staff are wonderful. Stayed here many times over the last 15 years and will continue to book my future stays at this location.

Check-in was easy. The hotel was spacious and clean, and the room was big and comfortable. My only concern was the noise. The train tracks are right behind the hotel, and for some reason, the trains would blow their horns loudly in the middle of the night. I stayed for two nights, and it happened both nights. Also, I could hear the air conditioner running even though I didn’t have mine turned on. That said, the staff were friendly and helpful—especially one staff- She personally emailed me to ask what I’d like to do with the towel I accidentally left behind in the room. This was a first for me. I actually lost quite a few items in different hotels last month during my trip, and no one ever reached out. I really appreciated Janie’s effort—it made a big impression.
