Fantastic location, amazing service from the team - brilliant family holiday and the facilities meant we could comfortably have breakfast and dinner in the apartment but hit the nearby tram to explore the city during the day. Will be our first pick next time we visit Melbourne.

Really enjoyed our stay. Fantastic location near the waterfront, resturants, stadium and trainstation. Great communication! I requested a cot before the stay and recieved my confirmation on the same day. Also got upgraded to a fantastic room. Overall very happy and would stay again.

Although located in great area. No heating in main room. requested king bed and unpacked then advised and advised to move to another room, to late as unpacked. Blinds kept hitting the window frame throughout the night. Will not return due to this. When advised the receptionist on check out, just said "I'll tell the manager" not good enough
