Worst experience we have ever had. DO NOT STAY HER

Absolute nightmare of a stay. We emailed before booking this as we were staying for many nights and then planned to come back in 13 days time. They said we could leave our bags thwre and that it was no problem. We have the email to show. The evening we planned to leave, they informed us whoever told us that had lied to us. The manager would not do anything. This cost us thousands in extea baggage fees over our trip. Rooms were not serviced, no fresh towels or anything in 4 days, and the customee service was the worst I have ever dealt with.

Our stay...

Our stay was decent overall. Even though the room needs an update it was spacious for a family of four. The breakfast buffet was nice with a wide variety of food. However the heating in the room was old school radiator heating and unfortunately one of the units was not working properly therefore our room was a little chilly during the night.

Personalen var superhÀrlig! Jag bodde i annexet och fick bra info. Rummet var egentligen jÀttebra men Hackvad tycka att priset Àr för högt för ett liknande rum. Lite slitet och en utav handdukarna var blöta, antagligen var den ren men det kÀnns lite obehagligt nÀr den man ska anvÀnda redan Àr blöt, ifall den skulle varit anvÀnd av nÄgon annan.

TvÄ nÀtter med tvÄ barn i annexet

Bokat i annexet, men pris ligger inte sÄ lÄngt ifrÄn vad du betalar för hotell. Dock fÄr du nÄgot som mer Àr som ett finare vandrarhem. Vatten flöt ut i badrummet vid dusch och den fukten gjorde kanske att silverfiskarna vi trÀffade trivdes bra. Vi bad Àven om mer toapapper dÄ det som fanns vid ankomst var ytterst lite. Men inget hade fyllts pÄ. SÀngarna var ok och lÀget vÀldigt bra med gratis parkering 24h utanför. SÀnk priset ordentligt för annexet sÄ Àr det rimligt utifrÄn vad du fÄr. Som priset var förvÀntar gÀst sig mer.
