HOP Arena is ideal for families or groups of friends seeking an unforgettable escape in a one-of-a-kind beachfront home that blends design, luxury, and nature.
The Space:
HOP Arena stands out for its unique architectural design, unlike any other HOPS home. Its curved façade, playful volumes and textures, and the use of natural materials create a modern, artistic, and welcoming atmosphere. Every corner is designed to surprise you and provide a visual experience distinct from the rest.
With 450 m² of efficiently distributed space, this beachfront home combines spacious areas with design details that truly make a difference. The main living room features high ceilings and large windows that frame the ocean view, seamlessly connecting indoors and outdoors. The open kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances and a central island perfect for gathering.
On the second floor, the jacuzzi with direct ocean views offers the perfect spot to unwind while enjoying the scenery. Every space is crafted to deliver comfort, style, and functionality.
Guest Access:
We’re located at kilometer 204 of the New Panamericana Sur Highway, just 2 hours south of Lima and 1 hour north of Ica. Guests have full access to the entire property: five bedrooms, five bathrooms, living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, a terrace with BBQ, private parking, and a second-floor jacuzzi with direct ocean views.
The Neighborhood:
HOP Arena is located in the exclusive private condominium Playa del Carmen. This gated community features 24/7 security, green areas, lagoons, walking trails, direct beach access, shared pools, a clubhouse, and sports courts.
Just minutes away, you’ll find a gas station with a minimarket and restaurant. You’re also close to cities like Chincha, Pisco, and Ica, and the stunning Paracas National Reserve.
Getting Around:
The entrance to the condominium is at kilometer 204 of the New Panamericana Sur Highway. From there, follow the dirt road next to the PRIMAX gas station until you reach the gated entrance marked Playa del Carmen.
From the property, you can easily access Chincha (25 min), Pisco (15 min), Paracas (30 min), and Ica (1h). The house also has direct access to the beach.
Other Things to Note:
The gated community offers 24/7 security for a safe and peaceful stay.
The house comes fully equipped with linens, towels, kitchen utensils, and basic cleaning supplies.
Access to the community includes a short dirt road; we recommend arriving by car.
