Overall, a convenient place to stay when visiting UC Davis. Clean, but carpet was stained. No microwave in room, but can ask to use one in breakfast area. Mattress and pillows could use updating. Train tracks nearby, so can hear the trains.

Beautiful room with very comfortable beds - nice sectional sofa so plenty of room. Clean and delicious breakfast. Nice to be on campus, close to the arboretum walk and the Mondavi Community Center. Free parking. Very friendly front desk folks. Will stay again!! Who knew if would be so much fun to be in Davis. Great hotel.

New-ish hotel with staffing issues - they've got a LOT of work to do. Housekeeping is by request only, but this was not made clear. We discussed with front desk, and their only response was that they were having staffing issues. Most importantly they overbooked the hotel, so my daughter did not get her reserved room (also booked through hotels.com), had to find another hotel when she arrived at 10pm.
