They left outside doors open, so it was freezing inside the hotel. Everyone had to wear jackets because they would not have any heat on. Eating breakfast and dinner shivering and your dinner and coffee getting cold before you can eat or drink it is not good. And letting people smoke inside the restaurants and lobbies is not acceptable! Do better! And paying so much for a room and not having breakfast included is not good customer service either!

The hotel staff were friendly and attentive. There is a good complimentary hotel shuttle service provided. The one glaring negative feature is the shower attachment and dated shower curtains . They need to be upgraded.
