The check in staff was nice. The room was clean. The hall floors were filthy. They advertise a bar on site but you have to pay a cover charge to go in and order a drink which is absolutely ridiculous.

Was impressed with the property. It's look, it's feel, and - at first - the staff. Stayed 3 nights and our AC went out the 1st night. Although having our thermostat set at 70... our room (from Saturday morning to Monday morning) maintained 77 to 80 degrees. The staff said the would "look into it" but at no time did we see anyone working on the AC units. We were offered a different room... but the temp was the same. Made for miserable sleeping conditions. I'm looking for an entire refund.

The next day the toilet didn't work and we made a request for them to fix it. We left at 2pm and arrived at night and they didn't fix anything. We went to the lobby to see if they could fix it and they said they couldn't do anything and didn't give us a solution. Otherwise, everything was fine with the hotel.

The room was very far from the lobby or dining area and my mother who can't walk much came, the bathroom was horrible with hair, the tub was clogged, the bathroom extractor didn't work and the beds were super uncomfortable, I woke up with back pain and they were very small for a couple, we didn't have housekeeping today and when we asked for toilet paper at the front desk we didn't have to wait until the next day for the cleaning ladies to return.

Hotel would not fully check me into the hotel and take the security deposit with the initial payment. Was not able to get the digital key until going to the desk and paying deposit. This defeats the purpose of digital key and bypassing the front desk. I could not share the digital key with the second person in my party. Hotel is out of standard policy. Will not stay at this Hilton property again.

We booked two queen beds, and were given a room with two doubles. Our room flooded because of a bad air conditioner, so we had to change rooms. I asked the front desk to have two queen beds like I ordered. She looked at a co worker and asked if the queens were available. He said yes and she gave me the room. When we arrived at the room, TWO DOUBLE BEDS!!! Then the shower wouldn’t drain. I went to the front desk in the morning to complain, to be told by the supervisor that the property didn’t even have queen beds. They lied just to shut me up.

this is our second time here and both times we were greeted by Ernesto. he's very nice and efficient and super friendly. our beds are very comfy and the rooms are clean and spacious. the hotel has a heated pool and it stays open til 10pm. the hotel is about 5 min away from the Cielo Vista Mall and The Fountain. will most definitely be back soon

I would caution against this hotel. There was an intermittent smell throughout that is best described as paint thinner. It became over powering in my room as I was settling down to sleep. I was worried about what I was getting exposed to. Slept terribly. An old hotel that might have some new paint but that only covers so much. My only window looked into the lobby. Just overall weird!
