Todo muy bonito los trabajadores dan un exelente informaccion muy amables y respetosos siempre con una bonita sonrisa en el resividor y no se diga de los guardia de seguridad estuvimos muy agusto en el desayuno gratis solo pienso que deverian de variarle un poquito y tener algo mas de tomar como jugo y cholotate muchisimas gracias y regresare ai por supuesto

It is my favorite place to stay all the time when I visit Ciudad Juarez, but the karaoke was too loud until 2:00am on Saturday night. The buffet was good, but the service and food for dinner was not good.

Very nice staff, safe with well-guarded access. Hotel is clean but it could use some updating, especially the bathrooms. The breakfast restaurant is top notch with very friendly staff.
