The room was good and the staff was professional, polite, and helpful. The food was ok and could have been better. The service in the dining room and by the pool could have been better. It took time to just bring us drinks so maybe staffing can be accommodated around the holiday time. Other than that I had a good time.

Overall the stay was average. Would I go back there. No. The property made some upgrades which is continuing. Some of the upgrades are appreciated while others require established communication patter amongst staff. The gym requires an upgrade. Machines are outdated and not safe. The executive chef is left to make decisions that are not aligned with guest experience or family oriented. The breakfast was one note. Guest were over heard stating “ what is this ? Is it it a fruit , how should I eat it ? Why is it soggy”. This was in reference to the poor choice of Sunday breakfast being “escovitch fish” and bammy. No one wanted that option. And the same throughout the week. A constructive conversation with the executive chef and guest experience should occur. Overall, my stay was average and I would appreciate the hotel consider the perspective of their customers and not just one individual. Nice upgrade to the outdoor lounge and pool.

We were on the 10th floor facing the pool and had some City views, Ocean View and a little Mountain View. All the staff members were very professional, accommodating and all smiles everywhere in this beautiful conveniently located hotel. Thank you Tombo, who was our first contact at check in, all servers at the Blue Window both dinner time and breakfast time as well as the pool bar where we enjoyed some delicious food and drinks with friends and family who visited for a little while. So Loved our little getaway to attend our niece’s wedding which was close by. Thank you all at the Pegasus Hotel in Kingston Jamaica!
