Even though the room was supposed tohave been renovated some of the outlets didn't work. The little shampoo bottles were used and emptyand the bathroom was really small. The staff was very friendly and helpful. And the breakfast was good.

I tried to call the hotel for two days and the 877 number. The phones are not working so I was unable to call to confirm that the amenities included online are available. Considering that's the only reason I chose a hotel further away from my destination. Unfortunately, when I arrived I was notified that their phones are not working and they can't receive incoming calls. I was also informed that the website is outdated and they no longer offer the amenities. Already disappointed, I checked in because a refund ŵas unavailable. As if this wasn't bad enough, the hotel is under construction around the guest rooms. There's dust, chemical smells, and no baseboards. The guest room looked nice but extremely dusty. Front desk was friendly

Rough night at the cold water inn

No hot water my wife loved this part the most. The hotel is wildly outdated and while it looked like they are currently working on an update it’s 20 years too late. The bed sank down in the center so bad it had been abused for year. The vibe is gross the breakfast area unattended the workers to busy chatting. Overall not a recommendation to stay here.

They are upgrading the rooms and halls and it looks good so far. The staff was great. The hotel is built like a maze and is confusing to navigate.
