Staff was very rude, especially a man on the night shift who yelled at my child for sitting in the lobby bc there were several drunks in there and she was only 9! The hotel had Marijuana lingering all over in the halls, people running wild, im fuessing the nearby casino and the in house bar is too blame, the staff did not care and just shrugged when i complained about people yelling and fighting in the halls all hours of the night. Kids could not enjoy the pool from all of the dru k adults. No hot water and our toilet was broken. Noone ever came to fix it and we had to flush it manually the entire time.

No smoking signs posted everywhere. Check in walk back to my room. The smell of marijana was extremely strong. I went and spoke to staff they were nice but not sure what if anything they did. I was walking down the hallway and a storage room door opened and a pit bull came flying out.. face to face with my 2 year old grand daughter- pit bull was on a leash however the employee was not able to control her dog and had allowed it out of the storage room in front of her with approximately 8 ft leash. I am a dog lover but a dangerous dog should not be handled in that fashion. Found a clean but an adult diaper in the bathroom of my room.Hairdryer was missing.Lights in the bathroom flickered and buzzed. The fan in the bathroom rattled and buzzed. Breakfast was great but I was very disappointed in the quality of this establishment. I travel to this area a couple times a year and I will not be going back to this location. Very disappointed especially since the brand in the past had always exceeded my expectations. I felt like I was in an old action movie in a low rent hotel with the neon sign flashing. Hopefully this establishment will get renovated and maybe some staffing changes

Doors were off the hinges the noise was terrible and too loud outside and inside didn’t get any sleep but the breakfast was great and the staff was friendly

-I collected ice from the ice machine using the ice bag and ice bucket provided by the hotel, once the ice melted there was black residue floating in the water, either black mold or some other substance which I ingested, the front desk person said something must have been in the bag.. NOT TRUE.. bag had not been opened. I took the container w the water and black stuff in it and showed it to her. I also took a picture of it; there was no hot water for showering the morning following out arrival; the side door was NEVER LOCKED, NEVER SECURE even around midnight; one door remained propped open; the noise ordinance was never enforced; never informed that housekeeping only came in every three days; ran out of eggs for breakfast well before the time for breakfast ended. When these concerns were taken to the front desk, the staff was very nonchalant, never apologized and made statements - like they couldn't control anything. THERE WAS NEVER ANY FOLLOW UP FROM ANY MANAGEMENT. My family was in town for a funeral. We had no choice but to stay 2 days. We spent a total of over $1200.. at that location. VERY DISSATISFIED.. THE BOARD OF HEALTH SHOULD BE NOTIFIED. We WILL NEVER stay there again!!!!

The hallways smelled of cat pee, the room smelled of mold, which was visible in the heating unit. The shower curtain rod was loose hanging off the wall. The shower water was cold, never got above a Luke warm. At one point our (and others on our floor) room keys stopped working and they gave us new ones without even checking our names etc. which is a security hazard. None of the outside doors locked even though they said there was a keypad entry. I was extremely disappointed.

The hotel is outdated and is also filthy. There were stains all over the sheets. I’m ok with outdated but not nasty. I ended up going to a different hotel nearby and just losing my money on this one. If I could give 0 stars I would.

A must not stay.

The room had black mold on the ceiling, and the heating/cooling was not working correctly. We either froze or it was sweltering. The amount of noise in the hotel from staff and guests made it hard to get sleep. Staff walked up and down the hall, talking extremely loudly at 5 am.
