The room was not what I expected from a Hilton Property. We booked a suite because we had a family of 5 traveling. Upon arriving we pulled out the pull out bed, the cover on the bed was filthy so we called the front desk for a new one and were told we would need to come to the desk to pick it up. Once we had the the bed made we noticed the pull out bed was broken and the head of the bed was slanted which made it very difficult to sleep on. We were looking for additional pillows and found an extra in the closet but decided against using it because it had pink spots all over it. Both of the beds in the room were very loud and made a ton of noise when you moved, but the worst was one bed seemed to be broken in the middle and was very difficult for 2 people to sleep on. Lastly the heating and cooling system in the room was horribly loud while running. This is by far the worst stay I have had at a Hilton Property.

Hotel front desk staff was wonderful especially arriving later in the evening. The room(s) great and spacious! The workout area far exceeded expectation! We had planned on the pool, however there was no time. It isn't heated. Near all the things we were there to do! Will use this hotel for future travels when in the area!
