The check in young female was not trained. She greeted me " what's up?" Very rude way to greet a guest that's checking in. She did go over the basic such as WiFi info or breakfast. She just said the elevator is around und the corner.. She shouldn't be I. Front desk person unless she is fully trained on the basic of checking guests, The room is fine, clean and bed was comfortable.

Musty and Both Beds Had Bed Bugs

We stayed here for an overnight stay on a road trip. It was conveniently located near the highway and the ladies at the front desk were friendly and accommodating. However, our room on the 4th floor was extremely musty smelling. The AC unit was pumping out moldy smelling air which made it difficult to sleep. The bed sheets felt damp and upon waking up in the morning we discovered bed bugs in BOTH beds. We took photos and showed the front desk. They were quick to give us bags, free snacks for our kids and a new room (also musty) to shower in before we got back on the road again. Traveling with the fear that we may be bringing bed bugs along was not the start to the trip that we were hoping for. Stay elsewhere.

Staff was friendly. Hotel halls need vacuuming. Breakfast was really not great compared to other Fairfield. Room was updated and clean. Close to lots of food options and Target. Was very convenient for our baseball tournament stay. Wish they had a pool.

No issues what so ever. Polite and friendly staff. Clean rooms and overall great. Only thing off were the eggs at breakfast. Very funny to include but there was an interesting bitter aftertaste. Could not eat them at all. Very weird but besides that great hotel

Check in receptionist was not that friendly I was never told about the breakfast int hemorning so by the time I went down it was put away. The coffee pot that was out while checking in was cold. the TV stopped working in the middle of the night and no one answered the desk phone. this made my stay alittle dissapointing

The staff were kind and helpful, which we really appreciated. However, the overall experience was disappointing. The bathroom was dirty, and we had to clean the bathtub ourselves before using it. The room was uncomfortably hot, and the air conditioning didn’t cool it down adequately. Additionally, the bed was not comfortable, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep.

Needs cleaning ! Poor staff service

The floors are very dirty , getting off the elevator on the second floor there was a msss on the carpet to the left and a scent would hit you right as you get off ! The floors leading to the room was dirty and needs to be vaccumed and shampooed. Our room was no better , we saw Rice Krispies treat wrappers in the drawers , and the bathroom shower floor was very dirty ! The hotel needs better housekeeping service. ! Was definitely not what we expected for the money ! Also we called the night before check out and ask if we could check out 1 hour later and the guy told us yes we’re all set ! Next morning housekeeper was knocking and I told her , then the front desk lady called sounded upset even though I told her the guy who worked the night before told us it was okay ! Not very accommodating. We ended up leaving before the one hour and waited in the lobby
