Excellent breakfast options and excellent cleanliness. Maintenance of the room could be improved. For example there were cracked tiles in the bathroom and chipped furniture in the bedroom.

I really liked the location — everything I needed, including the market, was within a 15-minute walk. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. However, my experience at the dining room was disappointing. I arrived around 7 PM, and although the dining area had only two or three tables occupied, I had to wait over 30 minutes just to receive a menu. In total, I ended up waiting almost an hour before I was served and able to eat. This was especially frustrating because I had just arrived from the airport, was very tired, and had chosen to eat at the hotel for convenience. Unfortunately, the long wait made it a less than ideal experience.

We had very pleasant stay as usual in Radisson Blu. Hotel located at city central, mostly attractions, shopping, restaurants and more explore things are walking distance. At hotel, reception staff was very polite and knowledgeable. Rooms was big, clean and quiet. I'll recommend this hotel in Helsinki. Kind regards

Helsinki April trip

The location is really good near the main central train station. The front desk service is excellent. The breakfast is the best I have been to. I like the city Helsinki, the time April is good for the visit. I had a wonderful trip there. The price is reasonable.
