The staff was great. The room was ok. The pillows were horrible but I slept well dispite this. The couch was a little wore out but it was a comfy stay.

We got there a little bit early, the front desk attendant was outside smoking, seemed bothered by my presence. She told me even though the room was ready it would be $100 to check in before 3:00. Heater in the room did not work, had to go get extra blankets. We have stayed here a few times, we won’t be back.

Breakfast was really boring since I was there 4 days. I had problem with traffic noise 1 st night and I asked to be moved to quieter room. The staff accommodated my request without hesitation and asked later if things were better. So grateful.
