Don’t waste your time!

We checked in and immediately entering our room all you could smell was the pot from the room across from us. This wasn’t like a “suite” it was like apartments and clearly the people live here permanently with plants outside and in the window. A creepy man was staring at my daughter and her friend in their bathing suits and made them very uncomfortable. I tried to speak to someone at the front desk and there was sign that she would be back. I waited 20 minutes and she didn’t return. It was now dinner time and we have kids with us. I called to cancel the hotel and we were told we would get a refund and now they are denying our money back for both nights even though we didn’t stay! Our worst travel experience by far!

Good but needs daily housekeeping

The set up was good, a nice fridge, a bathroom that was separate from the toilet, but no daily housekeeping... that was definitely a let down.

Property was well kept, and the breakfast always looked fresh. Amanda at the desk was very helpful and nice and gave me some information about things in the area. Pool was actually pretty nice as well, water was clean and fairly warm to enjoy. Bed was comfortable and plenty of large pillows. AC kept the room temp constant at whatever setting you decided on. No problems with the door key cards either, which is a nice thing. I will be staying here anytime I come into town to visit friends. Only drawback was exiting the area when wanting to travel North, as traffic was pretty solid during the workday hours.

Great Family Stay

I have family in Montgomery, Ohio. When I travel, I have to take our dog. Usually, this forces us to stay in run down locations. We were pleasantly surprised. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The grounds are nice. The breakfasts are also better than expected.

The outside of the property was well maintained and clean. The property could use trash cans in the area so that guest can throw out trash instead of leaving in front of doors or on pathways where people walk. Trash was placed on a busy walkways, which made it tacky. I had a two room suite and the space was perfect all the amenities that you need to stay were provided. The room was not dirty, but it’s definitely worn down. The sofa had many stains throughout the rug was also stained. Room can could benefit from a deep cleaning. Breakfast was absolutely great. Most of the staff were pleasant and lovely to deal with there was only one staff member that seemed miserable with her job. The only other down side about the hotel is the closing of the pool so early and the fact that guest are not able to hang out in the courtyard. Considering that it’s the summer, there should be extended summer hours the hours made you feel trapped in your room.

Very nice hotel apartment. The suite was fully equipped with pots & pans and ustenciles. This was a big room for the price we paid. The property is very well maintained. We also had a nice free breakfast.

My family was here for a quick over night (about 7-8 hour stay). I wish it was longer. The place was big and COMFORTABLE. The kitchen area was a nice size. Front office staff was amazing. Hope to come back some day!
