Bedroom could do with a make over, but all good

Great hotel with helpful staff and ideal location.

The room was dusty and the cupboard area is very dated and in poor condition. The bathroom was very poor - useless shower with no power to the spray, dirty grout on tiles. Generally poor maintenance and cou la d do with a complete refurbishment.

I paid extra to book a Harbour View room but the room overlooked the ground floor dining area with air conditioning on its roof. The carpets and upholstery are worn out in places. We came back at the end of the day to find that the room had not been cleaned and then were told that we should should hang a sign to have the room serviced, which wasn’t told at check-in.

The room was clean, the reception area beautiful and the garden well maintained. Wide selection at breakfast. The staff really helpful, especially the manager David. Thank you.

Excellent hotel. Staff friendly and helpful, food on 6th delicious, fabulous atmosphere. Room clean and bright. Super comfortable bed and very quiet. Great location for town. Love this hotel and will be staying again.
