The guy was completely rude. I called them the day before to let them know me and my boyfriend and our children would be checking in still as my phone was broken. Told them we actually had to bring one more dog with us as the people who were going to watch her bailed on us we had no chose as the hotel was gana be our living place for couples days as we moved out of our home and will be in-between housing for a couple weeks but I do have ESA letters for all three dogs, the guy I spoke to said that would be fine. As we checked and paid we preceded to bring our three kids under 9 and our new baby and one kid that wasn’t staying was just helping us move. He stopped my boyfriend after bringing us in he went to get our dogs and he stopped him and was rude and said oh no oh no and started yelling at him. My son went down to tel him to grab the diaper bag and came back and said the guy wouldn’t let my boyfriend in and is kicking us out. So went downstairs and talked to the people and he show me and put his finger to my mouth as he did so

Everything smell so bad I saw a dirty sheet I didn’t have blanket neither soap of any kind, every time I wanted to enter to my hotel room I couldn’t it seemed like the door had an issue the guy change my card like 2 times and the problem wasn’t resolved so I was disappointed! Of the service.

When I checked in I was given someone elses room. I was given room 202. I open the door and their stuff was there. Got a different room, with a smaller bed and no pillow.

Disgusting

No one spoke English and the whole hotel was extremely dirty, smelt like smoke, power outlets didn’t work, etc. Will never stay again nor recommend it.

At 10:00 staff was knocking on guests doors. I opened the door and I was asked, When are you leaving? I said, Soon. And he shook his head. I asked, When is checkout? He said 11:00. I asked, what time is it? He answered 10:09. And I repeated, I'll be leaving soon. Then he knocked on the next person's door.

PROFANITIES PAINTED ON WINDOW and MIRROR

There were the words eat my ass painted on our exterior window on the inside and painted profanities on the bathroom Mirror, a soft spot in the floor???? Mold on the shower curtain, grime on the light switches, one bed looked slept in. stains on every towel.. grime everywhere.
