It appears that the owners, man and wife are the rare exceptions. They were gracious, and made sure that we came first. Refreshing to be sure. I’m glad I got to meet them and I hope that they are there each time I roll through.

Rooms were borderline health issues. Beds made up with dirty sheets. Nothing was wiped down. Roaches, homeless people layed up in the halls. Broken lamps, no bulbs. Safety doors propped open 24 hours a day.

Very dirty sheets including hair in the bed. Slept on top of bed cover it was so dirty. Shower was mold, dirty, and no plug for tub. Holes in the walls. Desk staff wasn't at desk when arrived Told to go eat then return. I just wanted to rest. Avoid at all costs. If I could post pictures of how disgusting this place is....

I did a search to find the lowest price room in Fargo, ND. Found this hotel, found the amenities excellent for the price, I'll likely use this hotel in the future.

Did not speak English

Clean and comfortable a little trouble with the TV at first but eventually ok. Biggest problem was making the reservation the person on phone could hardly speak English

Terrible conditions

Room was dirty, chuncks of the floor missing, doors couldn’t close fully. Heated Water was unavailable. Sheets and blanket where used and not washed.
