We booked through you and then when we get there and they gave us a room and someone else was in it and they overbooked so they tried to give us a different room than what we paid for and there was springs sticking out of beds and very noisy. So we left

Breakfast was just ok. The pool was not open- staff contacted another partner hotel to allow us to go swim. The reason I booked the hotel in the first place was for a room with 2 queen beds, sofa, and pool for our group of 5 that were there for a mission trip. Grateful that they were able to make the accommodation for us.

Doubt I’ll be back

Arrived and went to room where there was a do not disturb sign. Went to desk and they confirmed no one was in room. Picture missing off the wall. Shower corners have thick stains or scum idk. Hair dryer won’t stay on wall so it’s sitting on the counter. First floor and shades barely stay closed. Tons of people smoking right by the front door on both sides.

The property was advertised as having shuttle service to the airport, which is one of the reasons I chose it. Upon arrival I learned that was not the case. Additionally, the pool slide was shut down, the laundry was not functional, and the overall condition of the hotel was in need of repair. On a high note, the breakfast was delightful and the room we stayed in was cozy.
