Disappointing.

Disappointing to say the least. For some reason, we were put in a room that looked like a storage area for excess, worn-out furniture and appliances. Two floor lamps in the corner of the living area, one dining chair facing the corner, and sitting chair was wedged between that and the tv console. The tv in the living area was about 19”. Furniture was dirty and worn, junk on the ceiling. In hindsight, I wish we had immediately returned to the front desk and requested a different room but we had an event to attend and did not have time.

Hot tub out of order & children's slide roped off so children couldn't use it out of order also. Second floor ice machine out of order had to go down to main floor to get ice. No hard boiled eggs even though there was a spot where the eggs would have been. Sink & toilet in room drained very slow. Had to flush toilet many times Other than those problems the room was clean & comfortable. The front desk staff were very pleasant & friendly & helpful. The cleaning staff were very friendly & pleasant & helpful also

Breakfast disappointing

Breakfast was underwelming. No waffle mix an hour before the end of breakfast, no regular coffee, but was told that the pot marked decaf was the same as the regular, the Cereal dispenser had cereal everywere.

The hot tub was broken. The little room that sells snacks was almost empty. There's no Wi-fi. The shower had mildew on all 3 walls. You can see light in around the door, so it doesn't keep any noise out at all from the hallway. But the beds were comfortable, the TV had lots of channels, and the breakfast was okay.

We’ve usually booked our stay here. It’s all clean, staffs are helpful and accommodating. The only downside is that they have to fix their net, as most Canadians rely on the free wifi when we travel in the US. Anyways it’s always a five star stay for us.
