Staff were great, polite and helpful. The bathroom had previous guest hair all over the tub, shower walls, shampoo and conditioner bottles, clearly not cleaned properly. Beds were comfortable.

Hotel is in the works of being renovated which will help a lot, the pool area is in need of Reno’s but works. Slide for the pool was taped off. The hotel was clean and our room was clean, just happened to have a coffee cup that should have been replaced. Overall we had a good enough experience. No big complaints.

The person at the front desk was too busy flirting to even let us sign in even though it was 11:30 at night. The hotel is under construction and it's pretty rough and it just has a generally lack of warmth feeling. Not at all. Would I usually expect from a La Quinta.

Staff was not at the front desk three times when we tried to check in. Then when I went to check out the two staffers were in the back swearing and talking about the other staff horribly even when they knew I was standing there waiting!! We stay in Fargo often and we will never stay there again.

We booked this hotel specifically as it had a bigger hot tub and when we arrived we were told it wasn’t working and hasn’t been for the last 2 months. This was an annual family get together and we always sit and visit in the hot tub. The website said there was a hot tub. It should be removed from description if not operation for extended period as that is false advertising. Then our room was in another floor when we asked for 3 rooms to be together. Then our TV in room didn’t work and they couldn’t switch it out or fix it. Not a good experience at all.

Room toliet would not flush. Moved to another room with luke warm water. It never got hot. The room heater sounded like a boeing 747 landing. Had to shut off in order to sleep even though temp was -10. For the price we did not feel like the accomodations merit the price. Very disappointed and will never stay there again

If you are wanting to use the hot tub or water slide, THEY ARE OUT OF USE. For a couple of months apparently, yet they still advertise that they are available We were only told the hot tub was closed, after we checked in!! That was the reason we picked this hotel, because it had a big hot tub and we were there for a relaxing family weekend. There were also no towels in the pool area and they definately need more chairs around the pool. The arm chairs in our queen 1 bedroom suite were very dirty and run down and the bathroom tap had no pressure and very little hot water. The 2nd room we booked had no light in the bathroom, and when we asked them to change the bulb they said the fixture was broken. For the price we paid, we were not impressed with the place. Would not stay here again.
