I appreciated my check in experience! My stay was great! Room was nice and cozy. We did have an issue with our remote not working with the TV apps but we were able to watch the cable channels. It was close by for the Half Marathon event we attended and I can't want to stay here again next year!

Location is great. But for a place that's this expensive I would expect them to make updates. The bathroom was old and date. The toilet constantly ran all night long. There was black mold on the caulking. The pictures are very deceiving. They are clearly altered to look light and bright. The bedroom was all cinderblock walls with a doorway. It made me super claustrophobic. Breakfast was supposed to be included but we never saw it. So if it was located somewhere other than the main lobby no one on the staff informed us where it was. One of my children looked at me when we got in the room and said "we've never staying here again right?".

We liked the location. Our room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very nice. We thought the price was good and we were able to extend our stay until afternoon. One problem was we thought breakfast was until 10 and we went down at 930 and they were already putting everything away. So we didn't get breakfast.
