When we arrived to check in, there was at least 20 people smoking infront of the doors. We had to actually say "excuse me to get in" they were not a cross the way in the designated smoking area. There were 3 different parties on our floor going on until 3 am the first night and 4 am the second night. We called the front desk twice to take care of people drinking and yelling in the pool area at 3:30 am and once again at 4am(which is supposed to be closed at 11pm) then the couple started to fight. The room had garbage in it from the previous patrons. We didn't have soap or shampoo on our room. When we went down for breakfast l, it was paper plates and plastic utensils. It makes it difficult when you have items such as pancakes and waffles. This was the worst hotel and worst booking experience we've ever had. Avoid it at all costs.

Beds comfortable, Clean Room, Friendly Staff!! 1 big downfall… looked forward to sitting in hot tub to relax, but that didn’t happen. Jets blew out cool water then switched to warm the cool again, just kept going back & forth. Water slide above hot tub sounded it was going to come apart.

The beds were quite comfortable and the location is conveniently close to the mall, Target, Walmart, etc. However, the hotel itself is quite run down. The elevators were quite sketchy, the pool area was too overcrowded which seemed to be with an unsafe amount of people swimming at a time. The hallway leading to our room had a strong smell, there was a guest definitely smoking in their room. The worst part was watching a worker refill the breakfast area. She refilled the sausages and eggs by scooping them into the food tray warmers by hand wearing a latex glove but also used the same hand to open and close the trays as well.
