Property was under renovation. (this was not revealed until the week before my trip.) There was an unfortunate incident on my second night there when the hot water and shower water went out. I had to go to another tower to shower. Things happen! The staff handled it professionally pleasantly and efficiently. They gave out back roads and slippers. Make sure that showers are cleaned and ready when guest arrived to shower and turned what could’ve been horrible into OK. Hotel is in a part of Waikiki very busy area. Nice walking neighborhood lots of great shopping, food and natural beauty.

The hotel is currently being renovated which we were ok with but on the second day of our stay the water was not working and we were not able to shower for about 3 days. They did refund us resort fees which was very nice of them. Other than that the hotel was nice and clean and stuff was very helpful and friendly

Room was very clean,they changed the sheets every day,They charge a 100 dollar refundable deposit for everyday you stay,so be prepared for that.The parking is 75 per day if you have a car.Was able to keep the room very cool so that was not a problem.Thetes alot of things to do and see that are walka Le from hotel.Ovetall would stay there again
