The hotel location is perfect and the room was very nice....but...our room was not ready by 4pm check in and we stayed two nights and never received any housekeeping services. We had to go to the front desk and ask for fresh towels and coffee to get us by. The desk lady brought us fresh towels herself afterwards. Maybe a staffing issue...not sure

Everything was good up until the hotel put two holds on my credit card and debit card for the full price of the stay plus two hundreds dollar more. Told us this was policy. Couldn’t get a straight answer and the front desk kept giving us the run around. Told us it was hotel.com fault. Then my banks. It was them.

Outstanding!! We love staying here - a weekend before Christmas tradition now. Staff is the best!! From making last minute arrangements with hotel, to check-in, friendly staff, to checking out. We have stayed in several rooms all clean and comfortable. The Queen w/fireplace with view of The Square is beautiful. As always rooms are very very clean!! Beds comfortable Highly recommended staying here!!!

We came in for the Christmas Festival, Dec. 5-7. We had the most beautiful King room overlooking the square. Every aspect of the hotel was perfection and we enjoyed all the festivities that were held. An absolutely lovely time. Our housekeeper could not have been more helpful. All staff did their utmost to meet our needs. We will stay here again for sure!
