It was a beautiful property. Issues: slight odor in room, shower head loose, bathroom sink extremely slow (almost stopped up). First time in Homewood Suites but not the last!

The best staff!

Our family’s stay there was wonderful! Room was extremely clean, pet friendly (we travel with 2 pets) we had a billing issue through the third party booking (hotels.com) but the front desk staff was quick to resolve the issue for us. The complimentary breakfast was great, area was very clean. There was a woman who suggested I made a strawberry cheesecake waffle the proceeded to show me where to get every ingredient. It was delicious. She just looked like she was having a great time working there. I wish I got her name.

Very warm reception. No hassle or snag with ANYTHING. I'm not difficult to please, and I do not expect much. My room was clean, quiet, and functional. The breakfast was delicious. Even the other guests were pleasant. See, that's the thing, good service is infectious. People having a comfortable experience treat others as such. I have 2 more trips to Fayetteville before the summer. I know where I'll be staying.

We loved the hotel and location couldn’t complain. The breakfast was amazing. Staff nice and hotel very clean. We did only have a problem with out thermostat and heat the whole time and blew cold air and was pretty chilly outside. Other than that great stay. Would stay again :)
