Nickel & Dime you! They are now charging for $20/night for parking. There is a plethora of parking at this property, yet on top of the 2 PIF/Property fees ($40 ), they now charge for parking. Fewer additional perks they used to offer are not provided in the room - the cosmetic packets, they only provide 1 robe even when 2 guests check in!!! This is the 2nd time this has happened in my last 2 visits/within the last 6 months! Basic conveniences not provided! - The pre-programmed buttons on the telephone were not functioned - ie. to call guest services, room service, etc Dirty, loud hot tub/pool area! They are not monitoring the pool area! This is our 2nd visit in the last 6 months - and this is the 2nd time where a lot of kids were occuping the hot tub for a significant amount of time! This time there were 8-9 kids splashing, screaming who had left trash all around the hot tub. The moms were hiding in a corner by the towels not monitoring their own children. A few tweens in the hot tub talked about how they were there the previous night until 10 pm. Keep the KIDS OUT OF the HOT TUB!! Again, for the extra money (nickel & diming) they are providing fewer services. Really disappointing!

The property was clean and well kept but there are hidden fees that aren’t disclosed until check in. They now charge $25 for early check in- anything before 4pm. They also charge $20/ day for parking. The outdoor pool is not heated so if you are going outside the summer months the only pool option for kids is the aquatic center down the hill that was not impressive. The resort staff was incredibly polite and always willing to assist. If you have the option to include the breakfast buffet when booking- I highly encourage it. Ours was an additional $32 add on. If we paid at the resort it would have been $85 for 2 adults and 2 kids. They had a ton of options and the food was good. The wait staff was excellent. Overall I think we would have been just as happy with a middle/ high end hotel vs. the resort and saved some $$$.

Was expensive and very average. The idea that it's a resort is a reach at best. Rooms was basic, no better than a standard business Hotel (shower, size, furniture and fixtures). You pay a resort fee separately to use the the amenities provided by the neighbouring country club (gym, pool, tennis courts etc) which amounts to the same for a drop in fee at an upscale commercial complex. I can't speak for the spa services but the price list was eye watering. Gym was fine but unimpressive, as was the indoor pool; heated outdoor pool was a nice touch. Can't speak to the golf but I wager it is pricey. Very loud for some reason, awakened every night by what I assume is a neighbouring room being accessed but loud to the point where it sounded like someone was trying to get into our room; also could hear whenever someone locked their car in the parking lot.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, there was so much to do without even leaving the property. The heated outdoor pool was a hit with the kids, not many places you can swim outdoors in march in Colorado!

Let’s just say we won’t be staying there again. We paid good money for what we got. Plus to the place , beds comfy, hot water & balcony view was incredible. Not happy with the food & what we paid…soggy fries & disgusting wings…our building lights were out for half our stay…didn’t feel safe walking in the dark to our rooms…house keeping took over an hour for fresh towels…for what we paid we could have gotten better value somewhere else…advise to management check your buildings at night…your extra facility fee of $50 a night is a bit much during the off season.

Accommodations were good. Food was average at best. For this type of establishment and what we paid to stay, I would’ve expected better food quality. We stayed 2 nights and did not see housekeeping at all. We had to call and request coffee and cups twice.

The hotel was nice enough, we enjoyed our stay and the service was good. My only real complaint is the food, high price and low quality, the $25 breakfast buffet seemed to be leftovers, dry and tasteless. overall, not a bad place to stay, but i cant recommend eating on site
