We really enjoyed our stay at Mandalay Bay resort. Not being able to use the fridge was a bit of an inconvenience but other than that, it was very pleasant to stay at the hotel.

The pool is supposed to be a great feature. Pool chairs were very dirty. Could use a power wash. Cigarette butts and trash in the sand.

Staff and employees were mostly all friendly and helpful. Didn't like that you have to pay extra for a refrigerator in your room!! Also for the pool and "resort fees" a plastic innertube for floating the lazy river should be included. Be aware that at THIS hotel the resort fees etc are NOT included in the room price as they are at many places. The room was quiet, the bed and pillows were very comfortable and the water pressure was excellent.
