Road trip

I reserved my rooms and when I went to check in it was not able to connect my rooms to my rewards account. Was not able to use express check in or out. I also paid for parking and they wanted to charge us again. The removed the charge then when I checked out I couldn’t get out til I pushed the button for assistance. Very nice room and I felt very comfortable on how clean the room looked.

Overall, we had a great stay. The property itself is beautiful, very clean, and perfect for families. My kids absolutely loved it, and I really appreciated that it’s tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the main strip—it made the trip feel more relaxing. The only reason I can’t give it a full five stars is because of a major issue with check-in. I had to go back and forth to the front desk multiple times because I couldn’t charge anything to the room. I also spent a lot of time on the phone with customer service, who reassured me it was fixed, but it wasn’t. It ended up being a big inconvenience and took up too much of my time. That said, once past the check-in issue, everything else about the property and stay was excellent.

I booked this hotel months in advance, but upon arrival I was informed that no room was available because they had overbooked. I had taken a night flight, meaning the hotel had the entire day to notify me, yet they failed to do so. Instead, I arrived exhausted only to wait while they arranged a relocation to their sister property — which turned out to be a downgrade from what I had originally booked. This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional, especially given the lack of communication and consideration for my circumstances.
