Clean comfortable room, aircon did not work well, would be a problem in very hot weather. WiFi in the room not consistent , so was unreliable. Hotel in very good location, easy walking from station and to main sites, lots of restaurants close by, hotel staff very helpful.

3night stay in Florence

On arrival the lobby smelt of damp. It is an old building due for some renovation in Oct this year. Pour room was in poor condition overall. The shower curtain was mouldy, the wardrobe door was broken, the walls were badly marked. Mini fridge was dirty, bathroom plug was broken. The safe got jammed and had to be released by the front of house staff. We complained and were moved immediately without quibble to a better room .. thankyou Marco. The hotel is convenient for the train station and is centrally located. However we would not book again.

This was located in a very excellent location in the middle of Florence, walkable to everywhere you need to visit! And yet very very quiet as the hotel has sound proof walls and very great blinds to block out light. We had a very restful stay! Daily buffet style breakfast from 7to 10 and staff were very kind and friendly. My daughter enjoyed all the breakfast options. Also we loved the walk in closet in the room. The hotel even surprised us with a bottle of wine as gift due to us being silver member of Expedia. Can’t be happier! We loved Florence!!!

Everything at this location is very good, walking distance to main locations, friendly staff, clean and good breakfast! The only thing that was inconvenient was the mini fridge, it did not work, I also wish they have a coffee machine as everywhere else.

Great location. Spacious. Clean beds and bedsheets but found some peanuts in the bathroom so maybe the floor wasn’t cleaned well from those before us. The hotel is a lot worn out, especially the furniture of the lobby, the walls need paint, etc. breakfast was OK but not great. Staff helpful. No parking so they have a deal with a garage they take the car (valet) for 40€ per night. The staff are helpful.

Property is in a good location if you like being slightly away from the most highly touristed areas of Florence as we do. Still very walkable to all the sights and great restaurants. Hotel is clean with very pleasant staff. As it was very hot when we visited in June we appreciated the ice-cold air conditioning. We had a car and parking was a breeze as the property offers valet parking (for a fee) so you avoid the nightmare of trying to find a parking spot. Included breakfast was just okay but having it on-site makes it much easier than trying to find something on your own before starting your day.
