This was the absolute worst hotel. There was mold on the walls, bug feces in the bed, ants everywhere, stained carpets, and even saw a mouse run down the hallway. Didn't even sleep there one night (and we were booked for 16) and ended up walking down the beach to find another hotel. They refused to reimburse us and I had to get All Accor involved to get our money back, which we are STILL waiting for.

Awesome service with great rooms! Deepesh at the front desk was very helpful. They decorated the room for me and my wife as which was arranged by Deepesh. Hotel staff Miss Kajal also helped my wife drap a saree. We had a great time.

Poor rooms and poor staff.

Very poor experience. "we're maintaining European standards". They told me, when I mentored there's no lock in doors of bathroom. They think I'm a fool? Bed lamp is broken, no pen and notebook NONE OF THE ROOM BATHROOM HAVE LOCKS. THEY CLAIM THEY ARE FIGHTING Sexual exploitation of children.. But keeping bathroom doors open without locks? Mr pk from kitchen was good, while other staff in the kitchen don't know if gobi / muli Parathas are available.

By the beach, awesome location

Very nice hotel, by the beach. Food was excellent and rooms were spacious. Bathroom could do with an update, but overall was very nice and clean. Will stay there again

Good location, bad service

There was a smoking zone near kids' pool, no proper changing rooms or shower for the swimming pool, and the service level was very bad at the breakfast area (square). most of the time no operator picks up the phone. I had to call 3 times for luggage pickup at the time of check-out. This hotel has a good location, but everything else needs an upgrade.

location was just perfect. on the beach. front desk should smile. Sadly not even eye contact. i asked one time to see if i can move the chair in the lawn area to enjoy the scenery but then I was denied.

Great location and great staff. However I was surprised by the finishing of the rooms. It was not the finishing of a Novotel hotel with cheap wood and cupboards. Our fridge was broken and the staff member claimed it was fine. The card key kept on failing. Very annoying but staff were lovely

The most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept on in my life. Slow check in and check out, nearly an hour each. Bringing items to the room like extra blankets to try and make the bed more comfortable took 4 hours.
