Accommodation was in a fab location with a view of the cathedral from the front of the building. Access codes were provided prior to our arrival with instructions on where to go inside the building. Room was very clean & bathroom was a good size - would definitely recommend

I’m so sorry this property is not luxury accommodations. Very disappointed in this apartment, the bed was broken down, the walls were dirty and chipped. The photos of this apartment are very misleading, I wouldn’t recommend this place. The only good thing I could say about it is the location is perfect other than that we give it two thumbs down !!!!!!
The bed frame was dirty. This is when we walked in.

Room was very clean and comfortable with a fully stocked refreshment station. WiFi. The location is outstanding. Things to know: There is a neighbor upstairs with a dog that barked continuously for about 2 hours both evenings. Also, if food smells are an issue for you, there was the very strong odor of curry/saffron foods being cooked. Did not bother us. That statement is just an FYI. You will need to be able to communicate with the host by phone or WhatsUp app to verify yourself so directions for entry can be shared. Had not planned on turning phone on but, was necessary to communicate with host. This is not a hotel so, no front desk.

Arrived early for check in and was able to leave our bags in order to get out and move around. The little area had a bag of what I believed was dirty laundry which wasn't visually or smell appealing. Had a little difficulty initially finding the apartment location based on the housing numbers under different colors. We really enjoyed the location which provided us short walks in the surrounding few blocks in each direction to attractions, restaurants, shopping, cafe's, etc. Overall a good experience in a great location

This was a nice room that was in a great location. Communication with the staff was great! We had a couple of issues while staying here. We stayed for three nights. The shower light flickered during our stay and on the last day, the covering on the fixture actually Fell on someone in our party while they were showering. I have no doubt that this would’ve been remedied had we brought it up earlier in the stay. The biggest issue we had was a very repulsive smell that was noticeable as soon as you walked into the room. We were not in the room much because we were sightseeing and ended up bringing it up to the staff on our second day. They came in and aired out the room and sprayed something that did help the smell, but it still lingered. Overall, they were attentive and addressed our issues. I really hope the smell is gone for any future stay there!

So so disappointed, paid for 4 stars, received 1 star, Expedia said 4 stars, breakfast included, its why i picked this one. When we arrived we were so disappointed and shocking. First one this an appointment is so old and dirty, no breakfast included, just few snacks and water found in a cabinet, toilet wasnt work for 1.5 day. Im requesting my money back

The location is great, right in the center of everything. The room is cute and clean with a little patio. But this is operated like an Air B&b, so no lobby , no staff on duty and no real breakfast.

Hotel situated steps from the Duomo on a quiet side street. Couldn’t get a better location. Restaurants also just a few steps away with many options to choose from. Room was quiet and comfortable, grat shower bed could have been better but overall a great stay. Continental breakfast is just coffee, packaged croissants left in room bar area, went out for breakfast instead. Great fro the price so would recommend

The location of this property couldn’t be beat. It’s in the heart of Florence so everything is accessible. My only gripe is that in the Expedia site it says Breakfast included. It should say “continental breakfast” as all the bookings I make have to include breakfast and it was quite a disappointment. There was coffee you could make, orange juice and two bread rolls with jam available.

We really enjoyed our stay for 2 nights. The room was clean and well stocked with anything you might need. The only thing we were blindsided by was the incorrect check in time online, however, the owner was very helpful and was able to get us into the room in a timely manner. We were super happy with the housekeeping services as well.
