Great location and very convenient to get to the centre, to the restaurants, museums and rail station and airport. About 20 mins drive from the airport, 15mins walk to the main rail station or 20mins walk along the river to the OLD Bridge. Great view if you are walking along the river. Also great customer service by all the staff. Although the swimming pool is on the small size but the view of the city from the roof top made up for it. I would recommend this hotel if you are going to Florence for a short stay.

Beautiful Hotel great staff. Pedro who manages the dining area was amazing!! Such a great guy and always willing to help with whatever needed. Excellent service. Also, wanted to mention Theam who was also amazing! He assisted us with whatever we needed and always greeted us with a smile. The breakfast was really good as well. Overall, great stay.

Expedia failed to highlight the rooftop pool is only open during summer, so it was a huge disappointment when we arrived at the hotel in April to be told the pool wasn’t available! We would have booked a hotel much closer to the centre of Florence if we had known the pool wasn’t available.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The furniture and fittings in the room were scratched and chipped and felt dated (even though we booked a new style room). The area was convenient to the tram, however it felt a little unsafe.

Bad area, the scooters saved us getting back and forth to the city centre. Rooms were not nice and it was the most expensive hotel we stayed in during the whole euro trip. €400/ night. Front desk staff tried to accommodate a bit, but we were very disappointed with the property. Felt like staying in a 2* hotel

We travelled with a family of 6. When we arrived James was very nice. He help get our rooms. The rooms were clean. We had a car and we opted to use there parking. It was very expensive. They also charged 5 euros for every time you took your car in or out. We ended up not touching our car. The breakfast was good and it had a good variety. The pool on the roof is a nice place to relax, however the pool is dirty. It needed cleaning. I took pictures and wish I could have posted. They need to clean it. Other than that the stay was ok.

Excellent hotel! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very convenient to train and bus and walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, walking distance to Arnot River and Ponte Vecchio bridge. Awesome rooftop deck with amazing views of the city. Very clean and spacious rooms. Very pleased with our stay!
