Lovely little hotel with great staff. Gorgeous decor! There were roadworks during our stay which made it very noisy in the mornings - but not the hotels fault!

This place is simply the best. The location, amenities, staff, room, everything was perfect. Hot water, nice shower, cold ac, comfortable bed and pillows. We really enjoyed our stay here and will stay here again when we return to Firenze (Florence).

Stunning property with exceptional staff. The room was very large, well lit, had multiple reading and sitting areas, and was beautifully decorated. The area was quiet while being very centrally located. Lots of shopping, museums, dining options, and scenic walking paths nearby. We will stay here again when we return!

If you’re heading to Florence, this is a must stay. Close to almost everything you’d want to see, great food, great people. The room is incredible and offers a true Italian experience. Get your walking shoes and start trekking the city - you really can’t be more central than this!

“A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Florence“

Review for Residenzia La Musa, Florence ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An absolute gem in the heart of Florence! Residenzia La Musa is one of those rare places that feels like a dream the moment you step inside. The design is exquisite—artistic, luxurious, and full of character. Every detail feels intentional and inspired, like staying inside a living museum of elegance. The staff was incredibly kind, particularly Marina, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. From personalized recommendations to thoughtful little touches in the room, they made us feel truly taken care of. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable, with a perfect mix of modern amenities and historic charm. Waking up and having coffee by the window with views of Florence’s rooftops was magical. The location couldn’t be better—tucked away just enough to feel peaceful, yet within walking distance of everything: the Duomo, Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio, and endless incredible restaurants and shops. This was, without question, one of the most memorable and special hotel stays we’ve ever had. We’re already dreaming of coming back!

We’ve been to many 5 star hotels and let me tell you honestly - I would choose this place over them! We experienced an exceptional stay that started with a warm welcome at the front desk and continued with great service throughout the 3 nights we stayed here. The staff was genuinely friendly and always ready to help for any questions. The location is great - it’s close to all major landmarks but also on a quiet street away from noise and crowds. The residence is extremely clean and well kept. My favourite thing though was the room. As an interior design enthusiast, I was impressed by the curated interiors and vintage decor touches making it personal and unique. The bathroom was luxurious and squeaky clean. Overall, can’t say enough good things and we’ll definitely be recommending them to all our friends and family. Thank you Residenza La Musa Amarcord for making our stay in Florence so memorable and special! Can’t wait to come back :)

We had a charmingly decorated room in this botique hotel. The location is really terrific--close to everything including many eateries, some quite afforedable. The hotel provides free Italian (continental) breakfast. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Too negatives--there was a lot of noise at night, which is not the hotel's fault, but it is in the heart of Florence in an area where there are nightspots. Second is that the hot water could have been more plentiful in the shower and bath.

We’ve just checked out after an excellent 3 night stay here and felt like I needed to review this hotel because the staff and the experience was so good! The staff were extremely attentive and were happy to assist with anything we needed, even offering advice on busses or to make dinner reservations for us. There is a lift to the rooms which is very handy when you have heavy luggage. We didn’t have the correct travel adapter for our phone chargers, no problem, the reception staff had spares they could lend to us which we returned on check out. The rooms and hallways of the hotel are stylishly renovated in a renaissance Italian style which is very chic. We stayed in a “classic” double room, which had everything we needed. Comfy bed, safe for valuables, lovely bathroom with a big walk-in rainfall shower, aircon, electric points either side of the bed for phone chargers and plenty of space to store luggage and relax. The hotel is near the river on a quiet street which is far enough away from the bustling centre of Florence but also close enough that everything is only a 10minute walk. Thank you for a lovely stay, when we come back to Florence in future we will definitely stay here!

Hotel is in a great location, close to lots of great restaurants and bars for the evening. It’s decorated beautifully, particularly the bathrooms although the shower temperature was a little temperamental but manageable. We visited in late march and while the outside temperature was ambient the temperature inside our room was very high and the aircon was still set to heat. We did speak to the staff about this and were told to try opening the windows instead but the proximity to the river meant this brought in a large amount of mosquitoes. Overall a lovely hotel just a slightly hotter than preferred sleep
