Great service and accommodations. Breakfast was more than satisfying. New, thicker pane windows helped block streetside noise. Being close to train station had its benefit for us but a bit seedy. Overall safe though so zi would recommend.

Modern hotel in look. Not charming, but nice sized room, very friendly and helpful staff. As an older single woman traveling alone, I did not like the location at night. There were a lot of people around, but didn't feel so safe.

Loved this hotel. We stayed here our last night in Florence before going home. Wish we could have stayed for more days. Very nice staff, they held our bags for us until it was time to check in. When we came back from Pisa, our bags were in our room. I would definitely stay again.

Es mi segunda visita a Florencia y decidi volver al mismo hotel por su excelente ubicacion, a pocas cuadras de la estacion de trenes, la brillante atencion por parte del personal del hotel. Es muy comodo, calido, limpio, excelente desayuno. La unica critica es el pesimo servicio de internet que tiene. Si bien son cosas que pueden fallar de manera temporal, en mis 2 visitas sucedio lo mismo.

It's a great hotel. Minutes from the train station. The staff were very helpful and nice. My room was so quiet, even with the window open, I was pleasantly surprised. The breakfast was very good.

Overall good experience, nice staff. Except for the false alarm at 4am in the morning, and I called the reception at least 4 times during different times, no one picked up the phone. It is not for emergency issues, but still…. Besides this, the stay was enjoyable, the false alarm and calls might be a random incident…..
