I was rather annoyed when I had booked online through Expedia and thought I had paid in full. Only to find out upon arrival that I was being charged another $150 for some random crap. The room was ok. No fridge, no water in the room etc. The hotel itself is ok but seems poorly maintained. Our couch had stains all over it. The patio furniture on our terrace was kinda nasty and beat up, full of cig burns. Our hot tub was broken as well, which was one of the main reasons I spent the extra money on a king terrace suite rather than just booking a corner suite. Very frustrating. If you can book else where do so! The receptionist was very rude. The hotel is convenient if you plan on spending all day touring the city. Room was very small and dusty the positive side of the room is the hot water, I loved it.

One of the dirtiest hotels I’ve stayed in. For the price per night, the standard needs to be higher. We also had staff try to enter our room twice with a DnD sign on the door.
