Room was so hot. They don’t have additional fan. Not enough blanket for one adult. When I asked for they said I should upgrade room By paying additional $100. I’m already paying them $250 per night for that tiny cave!

We stayed in the penthouse suite with the terrace for one night, from March 13th to 14th. Check-in was smooth, but things quickly went downhill from there. First, there was vomit in the hallway that remained uncleaned for our entire stay. Our bathroom sink was stained with a reddish-purple substance, and several outlet covers were missing, with some outlets even sparking when used. Many of our doors were missing handles, making them difficult to open or close. The terrace was a disaster upon arrival—dirty, with chairs scattered everywhere. The floors were unclean, fixtures were broken, and the TV barely functioned. To make matters worse, the sheets had stains, and the overall condition of the room was far from what we expected. On top of that, staff repeatedly attempted to enter our room without notice. Even after paying for a late checkout, we had multiple people trying to come in, highlighting a major communication issue between employees and management—an issue that directly impacts guests. For the price we paid, we expected a luxury experience, but instead, we received a damaged, dirty, and poorly maintained room. Stained sheets, broken fixtures, missing outlet covers, and a filthy bathroom are completely unacceptable. I would not stay here again and certainly would not recommend it to anyone. Save your money and book elsewhere.
