Room felt neglected, stains on the bed sheets/bathroom sink. TV did not work, so bad we left on our first night of 3 and booked with Hilton MUCH better experience for a similar price.

I give this hotel a good solid 3 I was gonna put 2 I came from a long trip with my boyfriend the room was nicely beautiful but soon as I got there, there was an issue with parking and I had went to numerous parking places that didn’t want to take my car because it was a truck so it took me about an hour and a half to finally check in the hotel… after that, I went inside did the check-in which was cool because it was more like a technology thing futuristic I enjoyed that it was nice. It was beautiful. The thing was it was very difficult to find the room is not very specific to really find a room. You have to go through one elevator to another, and it was very confusing. Then the bar the bartenders was very sassy. The food was delicious, but the guy was very like…. Seeming like he was attitude like he knew everything.. I wanted to tip him as I usually tip, but that just threw me off and threw off my whole night. Other than that, it was very nice. Also, there was no seating areas outside or anything like that for you to just go outside and look at the view for real for real and to smoke for smokers. It was very difficult I had to go to the train station to smoke. It was very not my style especially if I come to hotels over here…

We did a four night stay and on the second day I had to go downstairs to get toilet paper and front desk made it complicated for me to get additional toilet paper, even though our room had ran out. It was a big inconvenience because the phone in the room did not work. Neither did the one in the hallway for me to call housekeeping. So why be charged fees if I can’t even get toilet paper use the phone and even the Comcast in our room did not work.

Tiny room...bed is like a futon so you can walk by it to get to the other side of the room and then lower it to sleep. No front desk or other Hotel services. Decent restaurant and bar and the room was clean/maids came and did a good job.

Everything was good , just didn’t like how the room didn’t have a fridge and didn’t provide water at least or anything . Overall the queen room with the view it was a good room comfortable bed , basically no point of the tv so bring your laptop or something but everything was good , parking overnight is 50$ if they give you a code witch they all do its right across the corner over all 3 stars out of 5

Great spot for a quick trip or solo travel. Check-in was fairly easy and the location is walking distance from the subway. My only hang-up is the outlets near my bed weren’t completely secure - plugged in my charger and it wouldn’t stay.

Selected the Quad room. It was clean and quiet. Twin bunk beds were a bit firm, but the full size was perfect. Sheets were hard, but plenty of pillows. Room needs more electrical outlets and the towel warmers really didn't work. Only thing was sink was filthy like it hadn't been cleaned in days. I liked the secure access to rooms. Bar area was a bit small and closed too early for a Saturday night. Breakfast brunch wax lacking but reasonable for the price. Overall i would stay here again because its clean, close enough to the theater district and Times Square.
Pretty decorations in the patio room, comfortable with heaters. Plenty of sofas to sit back and enjoy a cocktail.

The property was extremely dirty and dusty to the point we had to leave and drive back home. Property staff are being unresponsive to refunding for a stay we couldn’t even stay.

The room was very poor and dirty. Many discolored stains on the bathroom floor. I asked to switch to another room. Ibwas forced to upgrade and the electricity wasnt working in my upgraded room. In no way, was this worth the price tag.
