Two-room apartment on the second floor of a typical Florentine building, in a central location, in the San Lorenzo district, a few steps from the market of the same name.
Equipped with double bedroom with closet, en suite bathroom with shower, kitchenette equipped with modern appliances, dining table, sofa and television.
Wifi connection and washing machine available for guests.
Strategic location, close to Santa Maria Novella Station, you can easily walk to the main attractions of the city.
Located on the second floor of a building with no elevator; not recommended for guests with reduced mobility.

Service limitation: The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.

Very cute apartment, perfect for a couple. Company running the property called me 10x the day I was supposed to check in to make sure I was coming which was strange and excessive. Water in shower doesn’t stay consistent temperature. However the location is ideal near everything
