I really liked the overall look and feel of the hotel — it blends simplicity and luxury nicely. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a one-person couch, a desk, and a closet. I appreciated that it had both air conditioning and a ceiling fan, which made it easy to stay comfortable. We also had a lovely view of the pool and the Dorado hills. The front desk staff were friendly, and the breakfast was excellent — a great start to each morning. Although we didn’t use the pool, it looked very clean and well maintained. There were a few small issues worth noting. The elevator was out of order on our second night, which was inconvenient — hopefully that can be addressed more promptly in the future. The room was mostly clean, but there were some areas that could use extra attention, like crumbs around the base of the bed. In the bathroom, the vent didn’t seem to be working, and there was a partially open box in the ceiling that looked like it needed to be secured. Overall, this is a great place to stay compared to other hotels in the area. I really appreciate that there were no pest issues during this stay, and I hope the hotel continues to keep up the good cleaning and maintenance standards. I would definitely consider staying here again.

I called the day before to check cancellation policy since i had to take my husband to emergency. Was told it was too late to cancel. Then i told the women i spoke with to not cancel my reservation. She confirmed it was not cancelled. Then she asked me if i wanted to be transferred to the vacation option line? Like did you hear what I said? Then when I arrived at the property my reservation was somehow cancelled. So a reservation that could not be cancelled was cancelled. Maybe because I hung up on her after she offered me to speak with the vacation arm of the company when i told her my husband just had a stroke. So there is that.

Parking seemed safe; they said they had security patrolling the parking lot, but I never saw them in a week. This facility shared a parking lot with multiple other shops; parking close wasn't an option. That's the only negative thing; otherwise, 5 stars all around.

This was my first time traveling and staying in a hotel by myself. I had concerns about that, but I felt very safe here. The parking lot is well lit at night, so I felt comfortable going to the car to vape. The staff was extremely nice and super helpful any time I had questions. I will definitely continue to stay here when I come back to visit family again.

Room was nice, however, the wood valance above the sliding glass door was low at about 6'1" and as a 6'3" person I ended up pumping my head every time I went out the door to our balcony. I did specifically reserve a balcony room to use the balcony and luckily did not actually cut my head when I crashed into the valance. This valence should be raised and is currently a safety hazard that should be report to the city building depatment or corrected immediately by the maintenance staff. Quite shocking that it was so low. No need for that valance to be that way.
