The room was fine and the property was adequate and priced right. There is a shuttle to the cruise port but you can't reserve until you check in. You must reserve immediately because spots fill up early-and as far as I know you can't call in early to book (was mid-December). I ended up doing rideshare, which was about $15. As a solo traveler, I'd rather not have to pay (on reason I booked here), but if you have a group the rideshare price is reasonable. There is free coffee by the front desk, but you will need to repeatedly get in line as the machines are set only for small cups. You can fill multiple cups, but it is rude to those behind you in line :-( I arrived about 3pm but my room was not ready for nearly an hour. This hotel is somewhat isolated, not much in walking distance, but I highly recommend the sports bar next door for dinner and a brew.

The shuttle was great from the airport and to the cruise port. Very organized even though it was super busy. When we checked in the person that checked us in ( female, name started with T)was very condescending, we were both tired and were asking questions that maybe seemed to be obvious but working front counter at a hotel a person should understand that people travel for hours and in our case almost 20 hours and do not know the area. Adding to the stress our room key didn’t work, had to go 3 times to have it programmed and at the end had to wait for maintenance to come. The room was very basic and there was no coffee machine and no safe. There was a coffee machines in the front but both were out of service. Breakfast is not included but they offer it for 7.99 a person . The mattress was very old and uncomfortable. Overall it is ok for 1 night but would not stay there any longer.

The room felt dirty and neglected. The walls were filthy. I didn’t want to touch anything. It looks like people threw coffee or drinks in the trash and it splashed on the walls and nobody cleaned them. The door in the bathroom was covered in grime and unknown stains. The door to the room had gaps in it. Not to mention the noise level. We could hear everyone walking and talking by our room. Next time we’ll spend a little extra and get a better hotel. Plus side: staff was amazing and they offered a free shuttle for the airport and cruise!!

Staff were friendly and the cruise shuttle was very helpful. The rooms are older and you can definitely tell. You get what you pay for with that. No serious complaints here, but understand that it’s a motel when booking and don’t expect any frills. If you go in with the right mindset you’ll be fine. It’s a cheap place to stay for a night. Not a destination hotel.

Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Room floor was sticky and not clean, the room smelled like mold due to the outside AC unit being moldy. Everything felt like it hadn’t been clean in weeks. Would not stay here again.
