Room is very clean and great customer service. We had left our passports at the hotel. On our way to the port our shuttle driver called the hotel and took us back to pick it up. Thanks so much for helping us out.

We stayed here one night prior to going on a cruise. We were picked up at the airport without difficulty. The following day they had a complementary shuttle to the cruise ships. The room was clean and quite satisfactory for our stay. Check in could’ve been a little faster, but I would rate it as about average compared to other hotels.

Our room was okay, but the entire hotel needs repairs. If only spending the night, it will work, and the price is good. Staff are hit-or-miss when it comes to being friendly. Lots of people stay here to shuttle to the cruise lines.

The room was clean and the shower was hot with great water pressure. The morning shuttles to the various cruise ship docks were very organized and efficient. The woman running it did an excellent job of getting everyone on the correct shuttle to their various ports. The outside of the motel buildings seemed worn and dirty. There was a lot of construction materials lying around. The elevators smelled dank and a little like urine. There are no convenience stores or restaurants within walking distance, so you need to keep that in mind if you don’t have a car. We used uber for a trip to the drugstore and to order some food, but in both cases, had a very difficult time communicating because they spoke very little English. There is a little “store” run by two guys out of one of the motel rooms where you could get some soda, bottled water and a few snacks. I didn’t use the outdoor pool, so I can’t comment on that except to say that it is well landscaped and looked kind of pretty and tropical, especially at night. For a reasonable price, it’s fine for a place to sleep and shower for a night before you head to your final destination, but I wouldn’t vacation there or anything.

Horrible. The lobby was decent, but once you got past that the place was run down and dirty. The room had a musty damp smell and the overall condition was very poor. We ended up leaving a few hours later for a better hotel. $200.00 wasted as we complained about the condition and they told us “too bad”.
