The front desk lady was horribly unfriendly. Try saying hello or even cracking a smile when someone walks up to your desk. The room door was not sealed. Needs new insulation and a door sweep. Glad to never stay there again

Let's start by saying it smells like mildew. Anything metal was rusted (lamp by the bed) for example. There is NOTHING to eat. No vending machines no store nearby. The next morning we walked a mile to a gas station to get some food before our shuttle to the port. We had to door dash a sandwich to get two bottles of water at midnight.

Waited 40 min for shuttle when told it would take 5-10 min. The. We were told driver was there the whole time at the wrong location they gave us. Building is run down. Luckily we only spent about 5 hrs here to rest due to a cancelled flight.

No hot water in shower until maintenance came.phone in room did not work, we called them on our cell and they said they knew it didn’t work . why didn’t they tell us when we checked in? This is a colorful spot, and a fine place to spend the night, when one needs to rest the night before a cruise. The staff was very helpful, departing was organized, room was clean, and it was a fair price. They provided a shuttle from the airport to the hotel.
