The TV didn’t work on arrival. It took them several hours to repair and after a few hours it went out again. The coffee in the lobby was not available during peak hours

Very small lobby for Amy of rooms. Not enough space to wait for shuttle. Coffee machine was broken. Shuttle to ship was 1/2 hr late in starting and then put on a large bus instead of a shuttle bus which took almost 1hr and 1/2 to get us to the cruise ship.

Not good. The hotel does not impress. Pulled up and immediately noticed a collapsing canvas awning that was part of the hotel but perhaps was no longer used. Drove around the parking lot to front entrance and noticed people cooking on their truck tailgate, very ghetto. The room was passable, it was clean and the beds were comfortable. They had a "store" inside that sold some items like wine and snacks but it was a converted room rental not an actual store. It stunk and sold grilled food off a frytop with no range hood to vent fumes, bizarre. The desk staff did not look happy and only one of the two free coffee makers worked. And the coffee the , one made was weak as hell, horrible coffee. I would not stay here again, two stars was a gift. You are welcome, Red Carpet.

Room didn’t feel clean, couldn’t turn the AC to not freezing cold and then the blankets they provided were next to nothing so we froze. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything your neighbors say/do. Housekeeping slammed the cart right outside our door at 6:30AM. After a long day of traveling this was an even worse experience for rest. The free shuttle service was nice.
