Receptionist was not friendly. Instructions on how to find the room confusing. After a couple of wrong turns pulling luggage over hoses and finding the elevator I got to my room only to find I had a room key that did not work. Staff left me in and I was afraid to leave again because it was so far from Reception area to replace it. No lotion. No coffee. No Kleenex. No bedspread just a white sheet. No USB ports. No privacy shears. Positives clean and nice bright orange chairs to brighten the room.

Housekeeper didn't leave no wash cloth or bath mat in the room for 2 days. I didn't have assets to the handicapped parking or ramp It was tape office for 2 days

The person checking us in didn’t want to accept my ID which showed my first name as William, but the reservation was Bill. Another receptionist stole her that Bill was an abbreviated William, but the first one still balked. There is a sports bar next door which is lucky since there is nothing else within walking distance. Shuttles from the airport and to the port were the main reasons I booked this hotel.

The airport and cruise port transfers where amazing. The one female front of the desk needs to find another job as customer service is not for her. Rooms are clean until until you spill water, wipe it up and see how dirty it really is. Its a dive hotel hence the price. You get what you pay for, wouldn't stay here again

Very good choice for us, as we were staying before a cruise. A big plus is that there is complementary shuttle service to and from the airport and cruise terminals. The hotel is old, but it is being updated. The room was not fancy but fine and the price was good. There was a lot of noise, though much of that was due to construction. The biggest issue (probably also related to ongoing construction) is that we had no wifi signal.
