Great room for the price! The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. Couldn’t beat it for the price! The airport shuttle and cruise shuttle were so convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re flying in for a cruise!

The rooms were comfortable and clean. The front lobby was clean and very beautiful. I love the update. I have stayed when the lobby was at the front of the building. I remember then that the staff was much friendlier back then. And by staff I mean the front desk staff. All of the other staff were very friendly. But the front desk staff scared me a little. I think their smile must have been broken the day we stayed. Overall, it was great other than that.

It was ‘ok’/very basic… we had asked for a room with a bathtub and were told that that is what we had as close as the day before our stay… We did not get a bathtub!! we were told there was no restaurant that you could walk to nearby when in fact, there was one!!! we had asked for a room in a quiet area, and I had called the day before to make sure that was in the notes and it was… However, they put us next to the room where you can get little things to eat and drink, and it was extremely noisy… It was also right by the pool and by the stairs and the elevator so there was lot of echoing… We did get a few hours of sleep, but there were most definitely things misconstrued
