If you don't have a phone to call for airport shuttle pickup, you're going to have troubles...bed wasn't comfortable at all. No wake up calls! No in room coffee and coffee only available in mornings...no cash option for vending machine...only uses credit card. Would not stay again

This was an ok hotel for what we needed. It has free shuttle for both airport and cruise port and the price is reasonable especially for FL. Our first stay at the start of our trip the bed was pretty hard and while I can't say the room wasn't clean it wasn't spotless either. Our second stay a week later the bed was much better. However when I walked barefoot on the tile floor in the middle of the night my feet felt weird so I wiped them with a damp washcloth and the wash cloth was black. So I wore flip flops the rest of the time.

The room numbering needs to be revised, the phones don't work, and the wifi is very poor. There was also very loud banging in the early morning hours. I'm not sure if it was because work was being done. Besides those, this stay was okay.

The staff member Paulo was very helpful as to tell us where we could fiod. The bathroom was clean and he shower was great!!! Plenty of hot water. It wa a little noisy till after 1 was am. Everyone checking in till then. We did not use the shuttle because it was packed. My husband had a wheelchair and was worried of the wheelchair welfare. Also the it seemed hard to get into for handicapped person.

Room was clean but very dated. It’s very noisy outside the room, lots of singing out durning the night and one guy was walking around all messed up with an ankle bracelet on standing by the elevator door right inside the front office door. Shuttle from the airport and to the cruise port was included in the price of the stay.
