Other than a bar at the property next door (which has really good food) there’s nothing close by to walk to. I took a cold shower because I didn’t know that the valve was messed up and turning it to the hot position actually turned it past hot and got colder. Not sure if the bathroom was cleaned before we got there, the used soap from the previous occupants was still in the shower.

I usually don’t give reviews but this was ridiculous for the price. I have traveled all around the US and most hotels I’ve been to, many in lower economic areas, offer more amenities and more polite, courteous and welcoming staff. Airport shuttle was smooth. Staff wouldn’t even look at me. Check in was awkward. Person was on the phone so I just waited, she hung up the phone and stood there looking at me, not a word. Finally, after the awkward silence, she says rather sarcastically I’m ready for you. No coffee maker in rooms or snacks in lobby. One restaurant, sports bar, within walking distance and a little place with very expensive breakfast foods set up in a hotel room.

Airport shuttle, although free, was horrible. We waited about an hour and a half. We opted for uber to get to cruise port the following morning. Staff was not friendly at all. Property conditions were poor. Surprisingly, the room was clean and fairly comfortable. Would not stay again. But property is convenient to airport and cruise port.
