Cleanliness the staff outside room loading carts all at once couldnt get to the doors as they were all out ther at least 6 carts. Coffee machines didnt work out front. I called to let them know flight was delayed wouldnt be in till 230 3 amd i was told if i wasnt there by 3 my room would be canceled i had the room for 2 days this was very stressful to think i wouldnt have a room.

Room was large. Didnt have a dresser but we didnt need it. Hotel lay out is a little strange. Hotel shuttle was great going to the cruise ports! There isnt many options for food. There is s food truck with a limited menu and times as well as a bar and grill next door.

Room was clean, pool looked nice (didn’t use due to weather). There is a room set up for snacks, breakfast rolls, drinks etc, but it is small, so you wait in the hallway while others pay for their choices.

The smell of bleach mixed with some other cleaners was overpowering. The hotel looked old with a lot of wear and tear. The free shuttle from the airport and to the cruise terminal was good.
