I was standing at the front desk while a staff member was on the phone. She made several calls right in front of me, including calling another guest, without acknowledging me at all. When she finally looked up, she said, “You know, someone else can help you.” I replied, “Yes, that’s what I’ve been waiting for.” Her attitude was snotty and dismissive. I won’t be staying here again—thankfully it was only for one night. The rooms were eh. Walls are thin. Can hear everything. The door that connects two rooms wasn’t shut all the way, but it was locked. Trying to find your room was a nightmare. The way they have them numbered, odd numbers on one side, even on the other, is ridiculous. They have a little “store” in one of the hotel rooms with a normal size bag of Doritos for $8.00. We asked about her turkey club sandwich, she said it was good but didn’t look like the picture on the menu. We didn’t get it. The only thing positive about this place was there was a sports bar right next door. There is no fast food places anywhere within walking distance. There was a food truck in the packing lot, but it wasn’t opened.

we found dirty lingerie left behind from a previous guest. There was visible mold and what appeared to be blood on the walls. The floors were so filthy that simply walking around the room ruined our socks.

The room is clean. The staff is excellent, especial Tiana is very professional and with good customer service. We also like the coffee and hot water offered at the lobby which is very convenience to us. It is perfect to have a hot coffee in the morning without going out the hotel to searching. Shuttle service for airport and cruise port is good too. We will come again in future.

Clean rooms. Staff were attentive. great shuttle service from airport and to cruise port. A good hotel for overnight stay if you're going on a cruise. Restaurant next door and a food truck in the parking lot if you're hungry. The only thing bothered us was the noise from outside. Our room was facing the parking lot, loud cars and bikes and also about every 5 minutes a plane was taking off right over our head. Very loud. Also no kleenex in the room. Overall good value for what was presented.
