The front staff was great. The room was very outdated but we were just there for one night. Really appreciated the free shuttle to the port!! The coffee machine was also out of service if that is important to you but there is an onsite place to buy one.

The room felt dirty and neglected. The walls were filthy. I didn’t want to touch anything. It looks like people threw coffee or drinks in the trash and it splashed on the walls and nobody cleaned them. The door in the bathroom was covered in grime and unknown stains. The door to the room had gaps in it. Not to mention the noise level. We could hear everyone walking and talking by our room. Next time we’ll spend a little extra and get a better hotel. Plus side: staff was amazing and they offered a free shuttle for the airport and cruise!!

Staff were friendly and the cruise shuttle was very helpful. The rooms are older and you can definitely tell. You get what you pay for with that. No serious complaints here, but understand that it’s a motel when booking and don’t expect any frills. If you go in with the right mindset you’ll be fine. It’s a cheap place to stay for a night. Not a destination hotel.

Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Room floor was sticky and not clean, the room smelled like mold due to the outside AC unit being moldy. Everything felt like it hadn’t been clean in weeks. Would not stay here again.
