After reading the mixed reviews of this property, we were a little apprehensive of what we were going to find. The lobby/front desk area was clean, check-in easy, but my concern here was a music/dance video being played loudly on a large flat screen tv that was totally inappropriate for the children in the room. C'mon, folks. Do better. The room itself was just fine. The beds comfortable, the shower and bathroom clean. We were here just for one night and left early in the morning to drive to the airport, so missed the coffee (no coffee in room), the pool, didn't require the shuttle. All in all, this place served our purpose, and provided a good night's rest.

Floors in room were filthy and our bare feet were covered in filth. There were no blankets on the bed on a chilly night. Sleeping with just a light sheet was terrible. There was no morning coffee available and we walked a mile and a half to get water and coffee. There was no place nearby to eat for dinner when we arrived from out of state and we spent a lot to go into the town to eat. Only plus is it has a shuttle to the cruise port.

Pool….good. pool definitely needs some attention Rooms..,,good. No complaints Customer service…the couple people I dealt with were less than friendly Shuttle to airport…..was told to be in lobby SHARP at 5:45. The guy driving was making w and we left at 10 past 6…..,missed our flight. Had to go back to the hotel for another night. We made the best of it……another day of vacation is never a bad thing.

The lobby was deceptively nice. If you found the 1 good front staff member like we did our first night you will be very fortunate but don’t get your hopes up for getting that again. Room stink, was very old. Property in failing health. Beds were warped and uncomfortable. We needed to put pillows from the second bed between the mattress and frame to loft the head up to an even level. Wi fi was good, pool was nice. They had a little kitchen which was nice and free coffee. The shuttle services were very good but honestly that is what you are paying for. When we came back from our cruise we had a king room that had a comfortable bed and a new vanity but the room was filthy. Bedroom door litterally had black wear marks and thick dust. I had put on brand new white socks and they were black after a couple of hours. The rooms smell horrible, the second one was moldy. We had a 5 star experience on our cruis and came back to a 1 star hotel. Do NOT recommend
