It was not clean. One of the beds had a stain on the sheets l. The airport shuttle only had a 9am departure left when I arrived (my flight was significantly delayed and I arrived after midnight).

The room was dirty. I had no hot water to take a shower. The bathroom sink kept getting clogged off. The entire inside of the room and outside was overall dirty. I tried to talk with someone at the front desk this morning but he had a long line and I had a flight to catch. Way too expensive for what you get. I’d like some money refunded to me.

Very disappointed that when I called for a free pick up at the airport, no one would answer the phone. I called 3 times and my husband called as well and it just kept ringing. Paid got a taxi to take me to my car.

While it was a dated hotel it was clean and staff were friendly. No restaurant onsite but restaurant next door was delicious. Included shuttle service from airport to hotel and hotel to cruise ship was a bonus. The cruise ship transport was well organized. Our only complaint was that our driver to the cruise ship was aggressive to other drivers, rude and miserable. He definitely did not like his job on that day! We would stay here again.

Rooms spacious and very clean. Staff was helpful with questions and never seemed bothered with guests. Their airport and cruise shuttle is on point. Very organized and well scripted. Absolutely the place to stay if crusing in and out of Ft Lauderdale.
