My stay was nice far as staff it was clean etc but very dated the beds were the worsts ever the Matress was so hard pillows so flat my neck hurt so bad the funny part was another woman at the pool mentioned the same thing so clearly it wasn’t just me . Food was good room service very fast .

Our room was not ready as we arrived early but we were given a room. Although it was a thoughtful gesture, the room smelled like smoke and we do not approve. We revisited the front desk, stored our luggage and enjoyed lunch at the pool until our room was ready. Flawless stay thereafter.

I recently stayed at the W Hotel, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences I've had in a hotel. From check-in to check-out, the service was severely lacking. I did not receive the room I reserved and paid for, which was incredibly disappointing. To make matters worse, when I brought this to the attention of the manager, I was met with unprofessionalism that only added to my frustration. Instead of addressing my concerns with understanding and a willingness to help, I felt dismissed and undervalued as a guest. Given my experience, I would not recommend staying at the W Hotel. I strongly suggest being cautious when booking your room here, as you may end up disappointed like I did. There are plenty of other hotels that offer much better service and value for your money.

Didn't get off to the best start...after a long day of travel, I should be able to check in at 4:30 pm. Jr Suite was in the residential tower, which was a long walk to everything the hotel has to offer, but was the perfect size for my wife, 13 yo son and myself. We did have to call and request clean towels + the garbage to be removed. The vibe was great & so was the location. We loved that they had e-bikes & both restaurants were very good. The pool was ROCKING, and the pool staff were AWESOME...felt like we were in Vegas. They were able to accommodate a late checkout at 4pm for $250, which we appreciated. Not perfect, but we will go back to the W.

This was a new location for us in Fort Lauderdale and we enjoyed it very much. The hotel was lovely with many amenities. We especially enjoyed El Vez restaurant and the quieter of the two pools, Wet West. The staff, including housekeeping, were excellent.

Is nice place ,but needs to have more garbage trash in the rooms . And we did not like open bathrooms , only two restaurants and expensive , the staff very good and friendly

Room smelled like mold only cleaned our room 3 times on a seven night stay when they did clean it it was poorly done
