Honestly everything was amazing from the good to the pool entertainment but the room smelled musty . I was shocked . But I still would stay again just want the room to smell better like the spa .

Besides the resort its self begin beautiful, a few staff members definitely made it 5 stars. Make sure to visit Cynthia at the pool bar and end your evenings with Fabio and Patrick in the living room.

I spent over 2000 for two days, the staff does not communicate well, I was changed without them telling me, when I first checked in I was not informed of certain charges, also, I paid for a massage a deep tissue, that was horrible, then I valet parking as I pick my car up there is a nail in my tires which I was told they not responsible, the rooms are not up to part , broken shower, broken cabinets, tile coming up etc, I have pictures and videos the staff is very nonchalant, honestly I wouldn’t come back for the price that I paid I should have felt happier and comfortable

The floors were filthy. Out socks were black. The in room bar was very limited we asked for a king and it wasn’t available. The sofa was stained and the flooring was not only filthy but in horrible condition. The price does NOT match the experience. We had a wonderful time here after the worst experience ever at another hotel down the street (Sonesta). All the staff were so kind and the room was great. I'm never going on vacation and not booking a W Hotel again.

Great quick getaway stay! Patel checked us in he’s amazing! I will definitely be a regular here I love the property and the rooms are nice, views are great and location is perfect

Not what it used to be…

Stayed at the W probably a dozen times over the years. Disappointed this time. Service, cleanliness has gone down. Was greeted by a 60.00 a night valet charge. Had to unload my own luggage and take it up myself. Check in person was mildly friendly. Told him it was our anniversary and he barely acknowledged it. Elevator floors were dirty. Room was very nice and clean. Gym equipment was avg. they had two treadmills not working, cables broken on a machine and the floors were coming up. Overall lack of maintenance. For the price u pay not worth it anymore. Going to explore other options on the beach going forward.
