Clean room with useful kitchenette. The property is at a convenient location and has a relaxed atmosphere. I have previously stayed at a couple other similar properties around the area and feel like the the Rolo Beach Hotel delivers the best value in the immediate area.

Very nice clean and comfortable motel not too far from the beach. Good pool area. I recommend getting a room in the new renovated section. Good value for the money.

Great location, room appeared clean but smelt awful. The smell even permeated a tshirt that I left out of my bag overnight. No idea what it was, but had we stayed longer than one night I would have asked to move rooms. Otherwise no complaints.

The only big downside I found was the parking situation where you have to pay $10 for each spot and it buries on availability. Other than that, everything else is good. The place is absolutely amazing. Clean well located and you feel safe once you’re there. Also, I noticed very quiet and their walls were not paper thin.

This is my second time staying here! (My first review should be up here as well) this time I stayed in the standard room because I wanted to see what was the difference! Both rooms are the same except the upgraded rooms have vanity mirrors with 3 different lightings! (Full & bathroom) Good for the girls who love a good picture and a good look while doing their makeup! And the interior is updated Other than that there’s really no difference in rooms as far as space goes. That part of it is exactly the same. (1bed) The receptionist both times were very helpful, welcoming & professional going above and beyond. From the time you book the reservation you will receive a text message asking for your arrival time so that they can work something out if you get there before the office opens! And they will show you what to do if you leave when the office is closed! This location is a 5-10 minute walk from the beach!!! Lots of restaurants along the beach to choose from ! LOVE LOVE LOVE it & I’ll continue to stay here everytime I visit !!
