Love the location! The breakfast was amazing! Love the chefs at breakfast and the staff at the manager’s social. The front desk staff was good. The property was very clean but it is very dated. The sofa bed had a dirty and stained mattress that was old and extremely uncomfortable. It definitely was not suitable for sleeping on. The hotel needs a renovation or they need to lower their prices. It is not up to standards to charge the rates for their rooms. Make the parking and the Wifi free until they upgrade this hotel, make the pool bigger and add a hot tub. The Hilton brand is at a top tier level hotel so make this Embassy Suites reflect that.

Internet logon instructions were confusing. Room furnishings very dated. Lots of surfaces cracked and peeling. Pillows on the bed were the size of cushions Requested full size pillows, which came with no pillowcases one with blood stains on it Insufficient staff at the coffee shop. Despite that the employee was horrendously slow. No response when I called the front desk from the room phone, which was circa 2000.

This was a really nice hotel although it was a little dated it still nice and spacious. The hot breakfast as always was really good.
