Beyond The Sea is a stylish coastal home with lush banana and palm trees only steps to the powdery sugar sand beach. There is parking for 4 cars, 2 can be under the house. Walk up a flight of stairs (with a midway landing) to the keyless entry of which you will receive the code the day of check in. You will walk into a vaulted ceiling open concept kitchen and great room. The great room has a pullout sofa with a queen memory foam mattress (just in case) and a large 75" TV for sports or movie night! The kitchen has seating for 9 people (3 at bar) and is fully stocked with a Keurig and a drip coffee pot and wine glasses. We offer starter packs for the kitchen, laundry, bathrooms and coffee pods including a few decaf. We have a store only a 7 minute drive, this Publix is newly remodeled with a small island vibe and has almost everything including beach stuff and even live fishing bait! We provide board games, cards and fun beach reads. The bedroom layout is perfect for one or two families, the king and queen rooms both have new memory foam mattresses and luxury linens, ideal for two adult couples. The third bedroom is just as nice with brand new full size pillow-top mattresses and two cute Labrador retrievers gazing at the ocean. All three bedrooms also have their own TV's/remotes, closets with hanging/shelves, plenty of pillows/blankets and ceiling fans. The second and third bedroom share a bathroom with a glass enclosed tub/shower combo. Best inside feature; a hidden pocket door that closes off both of these well insulated bedrooms ideal for late sleepers or an afternoon nap:) The covered front porch brings an ocean breeze, perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Best outdoor feature; the fully fenced backyard with plenty of shade, seating/laying for everyone plus a heated saltwater pool! We just added a brand new sofa/two arm chairs with a fire table for a more luxury feel! We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and a wagon! There is a guest book with all of our best recommendations on Fort Myers Beach from local dining(catch some fresh grouper🐟)to our favorite FMB adventures🏴‍☠️ One favorite tip; in the evening its a nice beach stroll under the stars to the charming Times Square for live music. Beyond the Sea is the perfect beach sanctuary to relax and unwind🌴
