The room was a little beat up. Blinds in both the front and back of the room were broken and wouldn’t open. The room was clean though and the staff was great. I would like to try the side that has been updated. I’d stay there again. New pool is really nice too.

No water pressure vents were filthy elevators broken loud music until 11 pm loud bar crowd later than that. Shutters didn’t work for patio doors room was a dump very dated half the electrical switches didn’t work. Never again

Definitely a hotel for parties…which is not us. The bed was comfortable and once the noise died down from the tiki bar we were finally able to sleep. Until that happened, though, all we could do is listen to the ruckus. Again, the room was nice, the bed was comfortable, staff was courteous, the food from the tiki bar was good, but we won’t be staying there again simply because of the noise.

The room was great but evening time was very noisy from the Tiki Bar...did not bother us much. Parking was very bad and can only park one car. The Karaoke at the Tiki Bar was fun. Margaritaville across the street. Close by to Sanibel Island
