Amazing View!

Working with the rental agency Vacasa was so great. They kept me informed and were always willing to help with anything we needed. The view is worth booking this property, it is amazing. There are two high top tables on the deck that make a great place to hang out. The condo itself is very basic, met our needs. Would have liked to had beach towels available, some games/puzzles, and some more blankets for the beds. It was very clean. We love to cook while on vacation, and the kitchen is well stocked. Loved having the two beach chairs available every day for us, the young man in charge of the chairs is great. The island is so quiet and peaceful. Stewbys is a great place to dine down the road and then get ice cream next door.

Nothing bad at all to say. Everything is as pictured and more. Plenty of space for a family of 6. Beds are wonderful. Beautiful views and big balcony. 2 free chairs with umbrella on the beach. Beach area is not crowded so great for families.

Very nice. Everything we wanted. The only things needing attention are minor. There are no management on site. Problems are handled by calling a long distance number. The tv remotes for the 2 bedrooms did not work the TV.

Our favorite condo

This was the best condo and location we have ever visited! We have a 4 & 7 year old and my parents with us and it was spacious for all of us. The balcony views were amazing especially for the summer Wednesday night fireworks from the pier. The short walk from the elevator to the beach made carrying beach toys, boogie boards, and extra chairs a breeze. The property management team was quick to answer any questions we had. We definitely would love to come back to this condo next beach trip!

Amazing spot!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Anderson Beachhouse. It was the perfect size to accommodate our mothers'/daughters' girl trip! The location offered easy access to the beach where we could all come and go as we pleased. The only con for me was the parking. The property has a hill that resulted in a bad ding in my car with no communication from the person who dented my car. The spots are narrow and not all units have a numbered spot.

Beautiful!

This condo was absolutely gorgeous! It looked exactly like the photos listed, and had everything you could think of inside. The kitchen cabinets and drawers are PACKED with plates, bowls, cups, utensils, and even an electric skillet which we used everyday. The kids even found beach toys in a container on the balcony and were super excited for those. My only two complaints would be the beds and the parking. I know everyone has their own preferences on beds, but for us these were rock hard and not very comfortable. As far as parking goes, it was VERY tight for our vehicle. We were in a Tahoe and it would not have been possible for us to get into the very tight spaces that were underneath the condo. Thankfully there was always one or two spots open on the outside but it was still a little difficult to get in and out of. Overall the condo was perfect and I will absolutely recommend it to anyone coming to the Ft Walton area! We really enjoyed our stay!

Loved this property at The Palms on Okaloosa Island

Great apartment. It's corner unit with awesome view of ocean. It's a smaller building so was quieter which was great. The house is very well kept and clean. Very thoughtfully decorated, felt like hope. It's great size. We were four with one 16 and 12 year old and all had nice restful time. The Kitchen had everything we needed and more, very well stocked. Will definitely check this one when visiting next.
