Always a great time on the island!

We have been coming to Waters Edge condos for 15 years, but this is our first time staying at unit 109. For those coming here for the first time, I would have to say our host was great at preparing us for our trip with all the things we would need to know before we got there and when we got there. We were provided with all the details of things to do in the area, great restaurants to eat at, information about the pool, gym, and beach services. The condo was very clean and accommodated all of our needs. I was impressed with the host contacting us on our first day there letting us know I was able to text if I needed anything. My husband and I discovered that a few repairs needed to happen, but both were very minor and didn’t need to be fixed during our stay, however, they came to fix things the same day. We definitely would stay at 1:09 again!

Great location!!

We stayed in this unit with our family on fall break. It was the perfect location, first floor, right in front of pool, and a short walk to the beach. Complex is gated, so we felt comfortable letting the kids have a little bit of freedom. We also traveled down with 4 other families, who all rented in the same complex. Lots of bars and restaurants within a short drive distance. Beautiful beach! Enjoyed the dolphins and manta rays daily! Close to airport. We will be back!

Beautiful Condo right next to the pool. The walkway to the beach is so close. The kitchen had everything we needed. The closet is stocked with all the sandcastle toys my kids could've asked for which was a great surprise. I have zero complaints and cannot wait to come back.

Thanksgiving retreat.

In Destin For an early Thanksgiving celebration. Staying at the condo allowed us to have some space to ourselves and great beach time. Accommodations were beautiful and very comfortable and unusually warm weather let us enjoy the gorgeous beach. The Waters Edge Resort was beautiful and well maintained. We will definitely return for another stay.

Fall Break at Ft. Walton Beach

We met up with other family members and their friends for the week. We spent lots of time at the beach and even played some beach volleyball. The chairs and umbrella that were furnished by Waters Edge was a plus. We swam in the pool, had some really good food, watched the sunset every night and went hunting for sand crabs. We visited "Alvin;s souvenir shop and ate at the "Back Porch" in Destin one night(yummy)and we had "Beachgiving" on Thursday evening(like Thanksgiving, only at beach). We ;had a great time and the weather was awesome! Thanks for letting us stay at your condo. Looking forward to a return visit next year.

Family loved all aspects of condo and property. No issues with property. Remote checkin and checkout was a breeze. Was able to get into unit an hour earlier than planned and we left before required checkout to pay it forward to next guest.
