We had no room service. Had to call for towels, bed was not changed, trash was not removed and the room was not vacuum. The hallway on 3rd floor was dirty and the ice machine did not work on the 3rd floor.

Check in and out was very easy. Lobby was very clean and inviting. The room was a nice size and very clean. Coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator were available in room and very convenient.

Very clean, rooms were decent size, bed was soft, sheets were 10/10. Complaints were that I could vividly hear the person above me blow dry their hair. Gym equipment felt old despite the hotel being relatively new. Would stay again though!

The bed was squeaky, and they stole my money. I authorized a $50 incidental charge, and they charged me for a full night without mentioning it, and then tried to claim it was a mistake. I'm not the person to test. My room was clearly already paid for through Expedia. The professional incompetence of the staff at this hotel is the problem. It should have never happened in the first. You don't steal people's money to see if you can get away with it. It wasn't an accident. I think the person who did that needs to be fired for being unprofessional and incompetent.

Pool needs heating

Great customer service. Pool was FREEZING. The water had to have been in the 60’s. Our kids lips were turning blue and purple after 15-20 minutes. Thank goodness for the hot shower next to the pool.

First time stay score!

Very clean new room. Hotel itself was about only 5 years old! Room shades on the window work they were double shades. 1 obscuration shade, and a blackout shade and they both work! Showers were clean with multifunction head. Showers are also quiet and didn’t wake up my wife. Bed & pillows were extremely comfortable! All in all 100% room done well!
