The windows do not block out any noise from outside. The in room AC unit cannot be set to constant fan so it’s not possible to block out the noise. I can’t stand hotels that disable the constant fan control. Most of America uses a fan to block out the noises from outside and they have that turned off to save a couple bucks. Other than that the room is great and I love that I could use my Amazon Prime and Netflex on the TV easily. I give it an 8/10 cleanliness 10 being almost impossible to reach Lol.
