I recently stayed at this hotel and had mixed experiences. The housekeeping staff did a great job keeping the rooms clean. However, I was concerned about the large open vents in the ceiling, not sure how that affects airflow or noise level. More notably, the front staff seemed unwelcoming, especially during check-in. A warmer greeting would have made a big difference. Overall cleanliness was a highlight, but some attention to staff hospitality and room design would have elevated the experience.
