Stay was enjoyable as usual here. Angie at check-in was efficient, accommodating and pleasant as always. Only unpleasant occurrence this time was some noisy people upstairs at night, but not for long.

Cost effective and decent area off the freeway. The room was typical for a roadside spot, and clean enough for a quick few hours of shut eye. We were in and out in less than 10 hours, so we didn’t see/experience any amenities. No elevators, so moving suitcases upstairs at 11:30 at night was no fun.

My room was filthy, the sheets were damp, and it was also infested with roaches. They also refused to give me a refund.

I am very surprised this property had such a high rating. It was very dated and the hallway was shabby and dirty. There was no coffee or water in the lobby and even the bathroom in the lobby was out of order.

Chair in room was chipped and frail. It looks old and to honest wound not sit on it. The feet rest not a match and frail as well. Clean floors and new looking. Maid bought towels,but didn't make bed. I recommend removing that old chair,makes room look bad

The room was spacious but smelled of old cigarettes...no one came and serviced our room the entire time that we were there, I stopped one of the maids in the hall for fresh towels and there's not even a vending machine to buy a bottle of water from. The water pressure in the shower was great for a hotel though
