Check in was quick and easy, staff at front desk are very friendly. Room was clean and spacious. Beds were soft and comfortable. Plenty of pillows provided. Plenty of provided toiletries & towels in bathroom. Easy walk to fountain square or the Reds stadium.

Valet, lobby staff, bar and restaurant staff were all inhospitable. The only folks who showed any kindness or welcoming were the housecleani g staff. Everyone else was rude and treated us like we were a bother to them. The frontdesk was far and away the rudest. Our floor did not have a working ice maker; our aircon was so loud I thought it was going to 'take off' right there in the room. The building was cool, location was ok, but I will never take my family back.

Went for a conference took over an hour to check in due to rooms were not ready. Property need updates, carpet was dirty and paint was peeling and trying to sleep i couldn't because working on the building.

The hotel was dirty. Housekeeping did not clean appropriately. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. We had to call for toilet paper. The room was dirty and trash was still in the room. The restaurant was slow to provide meals. We arrived early at 11:00am. They stated they couldn't check us in until 4pm. We came back at 4pm and we were unable to check in until 5:30pm. It was the worst experience. I usually love hilton but this was horrible. The food, location and room was horrible. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.
