Paid for a renovated room and was given an older room. They did not offer upgrade only downgrade, very disappointed with that. Room was big and spacious but had an odorous smell to it like mold. Toilet was not working properly. For the Four Seasons we expected way better.

The staff were great, concierge, front desk, housekeeping were very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool had an amazing Canton tower and river view. If you are a smoker and love to drink I would recommend the Tian Bar. However if you are a non smoker I would suggest you to stay away. You can definitely smell the smoke as soon as you walk out of the elevator. Not the most pleasant environment in a five star hotel. There’s tons of food options in the underground of the ifc building. I wouldn’t recommend the breakfast buffet unless it’s free, you can find better options elsewhere.
